As these estates are located within residential neighborhoods, all events are required to adhere to City of Palm Springs regulations regarding sound, parking, and neighborhood impact. In brief, no outdoor amplified music is permitted at any time, and all sound must remain contained within the residence and not be audible at the property line. Evening sound levels are strictly limited, and all events conclude by 10 PM. Parking and transportation plans are also required as part of the city permit process.

We make every effort to clearly communicate these guidelines in advance, and they are outlined in our materials and contracts to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Our preferred vendors are very familiar with these requirements, and with proper planning, events are executed seamlessly and beautifully within these parameters throughout the year.
