Got our wedding bands there! A great experience with professional staff and amazing rings. We chose Cartier for their long standing traditional designs and phenomenal reputation.

Cartier is a great place to find unique wedding jewelry. Yes, they have giant solitaires for lots of $$$, but they also have more affordable, unique pieces that you will always love.

Cartier expedited the resizing for us because we had a wedding deadline to meet. Great service !

Got our wedding bands at the Madison Ave store - free engraving by a cute grandpa. It's Cartier so you are paying for the name as well - which might not be attractive to some people - but you are also getting Cartier's quality and customer service (and they fly their rings from Paris! so for all your french lovers out there.... that's pretty cool). I love Cartier so we chose it without looking at other places - the rings we got are simple, elegant, and timeless.

We love our Love Bracelets. Lina was great to work with and did a great job coordinating our engraving and shipment of bracelets.

The ring was absolutely magnificent! Our sales rep remembered us from our first visit, even remembered my ring size. When the original ring we had eyed had been purchased she was able to find another one and even held it for my husband to look at. After looking at hundreds nothing could compare to this sparkler.

When I had to return to size it, they were fast and efficient and offered an additional cleaning kit as a gift. The turn around was very quick and the workmanship exquisite.

They have definitely earned their reputation of quality and customer service unprecedented by any other.

We have purchased several items from Cartier (including our wedding bands) and we love their classic, sophisticated designs. Customer service can be hit-and-miss, but still the experience of shopping in the boutique is quite luxurious. The jewelery is simply amazing.

I love my rings but I'm sure my Husband would love to not have to deal with them again. Long wait times for the order to be received + sized. Not great at follow up. Oh, and, he bought the ring three years ago to come home last week to a "thanks for your purchase" letter from the company. Amazing.

I would still recommend this vendor to a friend because, well, it's Cartier.

I was disappointed with the service from a reputable jeweler like Cartier. About two months before our wedding, we ordered two sizes of a ring so that I could select the one that fit the best. We went into the store three weeks later without hearing back. They had received one of the rings but not the other, so I tried on the one they received and we discovered that we'd need an even smaller size. We ordered two new sizes, called back a week later, and they only had gotten one in. A week after that, I called again and was told the second ring still was not in. Then my fiance called and yelled at them a little, and magically the second ring appeared.

Moral of the story: they make great jewelry, but their follow up is poor. So, keep on top of them and you won't be running around like bridezilla two weeks before your wedding trying to purchase a ring.
