Roman and the staff at Forever Diamonds NY were a pleasure to work with. As a groom who had no clue about what to look for in a diamond, Roman spent over an hour and a half with me educating me on the various cuts, clarities, and online pricing for different types of diamonds. He didn't pressure me into making a decision on the spot and I went home did some additional research and then went back to him to make a purchase that was exactly what my bride was looking for. I had such a good experience with them that we purchased our wedding bands from them as well. And when he noticed that my (now) wife's engagement ring had gotten dirty, he had it cleaned and swapped out 3 of the pave stones that had gotten soap under the stones, making them look discolored (for no additional charge).
