Just hire Carrie and you won’t regret it! My wedding coordinator found Carrie via Instagram and after speaking to her once, I knew I needed to hire her. Carrie is so quick to get back to you via text or email. My husband and I hate getting our photos taken but Carrie made us feel so comfortable. The engagement shoot and wedding photos turned out incredible! She listened to all my requests and made suggestions based on what she liked. I will be hiring her in the future - beyond professional and has a true talent to make us look good. This review will probably not justify how amazing Carrie is and how much her photography makes me happy!

Carrie was such a breeze to work with throughout the entire wedding process! Through the engagement session, wedding day, and entire album creation process. Selecting the pictures for our wedding album proved to be very difficult. I had over 100 favorited pictures from the wedding and somehow shrunk it down to under 60 for the album! Her second shooter was amazing to work with as well. Overall, we had such an incredible experience with Carrie. And the end result was better than I could have hoped for. Every picture was beautiful!

We don’t even know how to put into words how much we LOVE Carrie! From a product standpoint…we are absolutely in love with our ENTIRE wedding gallery. It’s common to walk away with a few favorite images from an event or a photo shoot but to be thrilled with an entire gallery is rare! From our first encounter, Carrie made us feel seen, supported, and celebrated! She was flexible with our early wake-up time for a sunrise engagement shoot. She helped us coordinate outfits and was a real trooper when it came to navigating the National Mall crowds, D.C. traffic, and cold windy weather. She took her time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed. She helped us pose in ways that were most natural for us and delivered a beautiful engagement session weeks later! In preparing for our big day, she was enthusiastic and communicative. She worked with us and our planner to make sure everything was covered. During our wedding weekend, she went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of us and our family members while still using her creative gift to capture all of our special moments. We were also absolutely thrilled with her second shooter and the magic that the two of them created. She delivered our highlights quickly and our full wedding album sooner than she was contracted to do! She truly went above and beyond in every single way to make us feel special and to capture the love and memories of one of the most important days of our lives. We are eternally grateful for her and could not recommend her more! We are so happy to have found a lifelong photographer and friend in her!

There are many beautiful things I can say about Carrie Michelle Photography, but I will start with this – she is a talented photographer and an amazing person with the most beautiful soul. I met Carrie through a friend’s recommendation. Since our initial conversation, Carrie has been so accommodating and kind to me. In the 9 months I have known her, she has photographed my bridal portraits, family Christmas minis, my wedding, and now my wedding reception. Through the highs and lows of the pandemic and all the turbulence it has brought, she has remained the same: constant, kind, accommodating, and friendly. She has gone to great lengths to “show up” in my life for the big moments that need pictures that will last a lifetime. Carrie produces amazing photos, and I will constantly call on her to capture all of life’s greatest moments for me and my family.

We used Carrie for our Wedding photos and if we were to do it all over again we'd choose her every time. She is a perfectionist and strives to give you everything on your photography "wish list." She even met with us at the venue to plan out all our photo spots prior (as we had very limited sunlight time for photos d/t having a winter wedding). She was able roll with whatever came our way, was generous with her time, and made us feel so comfortable. I had the most amazing experience using Carrie as my wedding photographer. The pictures from that day are some of my most cherished memories. She was such a trooper in the 3 degree snowy weather and captured every shot so beautifully. She eased our photo nerves through our engagement shoot where she really got to know our photo personalities. She used this to bring out the best on the big day.
