Facilities and Capacity
You'll enjoy the exclusive use of our entire 10,000-square-foot venue. Encompassing three beautiful floors, each space boasts its own ambiance and specific use. Enjoy the Elegant Foyer, Grand Ball Room, two Personal Suites, and our beautiful picturesque outdoor Patio. Our elegant venue will accommodate up to 250 cocktail-style and 140 for a sit-down or buffet-style dinner. At Carnegie Hall Newport, we are an all-inclusive venue designed to make your wedding planning as easy and enjoyable as possible! Our team handles everything, including your ceremony and rehearsal, day-of coordination, catering, beverages, chairs, tables, linens, serviceware, design, and staffing.

History
This venue was constructed in 1898 as one of the Carnegie Public Libraries. The building's original name, Newport Public Library, is still etched into the stone above the front door. This historic landmark has been recently restored to host weddings and events in complete historic elegance. The Italian Renaissance architecture compliments the newly renovated spaces throughout the venue.

Amazing expericence
This place is amazing
Amazing, very welcoming
Peggy was especially amazing! From the beginning (nearly a year in advance!), Peggy was extremely helpful. She answered our emails quickly, she let us view the building twice, and on the day of the event, was there early to help us with set up and took the time after the party to answer questions about the building, its history, and its functions now. My friends and I agreed that if we had to do it over again, we would definitely choose Carnegie Hall for our weddings!
