About this venue

The Ventura is a newly renovated wedding and events venue located just a short drive North of Cincinnati, Ohio. Originally built in 1931, the 7-story skyscraper served as a bank under different organizations throughout the years. In 2005, the last business moved out, and the building sat dormant for over a decade before the Ventura Builders Group acquired it. With new ownership and a new vision, it is now an elegant and luxurious wedding venue fitted with modern amenities and beautiful furnishings.

Facilities and Capa

At The Ventura, soon-to-be-weds can start the day off with preparations in the comfort of their stylish on-site dressing suites. The first get-ready room is complete with a professional beauty bar, ideal for crafting the perfect look. The second has a relaxed lounge ambiance, boasting parquet floors, abundant seating, and a rich navy and gold-toned color palette. When they are ready to go, couples can exchange their vows on the elegant outdoor terrace

The Ventura and Sara, the coordinator, could not have been more perfect for our big day!

The Ventura was the perfect venue for our big day! The entire space is gorgeous from the reception/ceremony space to the bridal suite and grooms den and the old bank vaults. The venue was so affordable and included chiavari chairs and linens in the cost unlike most venues and our guests raved about the huge bar selection! They even have a projector which we used to show March Madness during open dance.

Sara, the venue coordinator, was absolutely amazing and made everything run so smoothly. She felt so much more like a friend by the end of the process than a vendor and I will recommend her and the Ventura to everyone we know looking for a wedding venue.

We had the best time and couldn’t recommend booking here enough!

Highly recommend!

This venue was absolutely stunning and very affordable! Very clean and modern. It also has a bank vault on the side of the bar which adds to the esthetic! The bride and grooms den/getting ready rooms are AMAZING and there’s a private bathroom in the brides den. Shelby, the owner was great to work with. Her communication was always very responsive and she showed good character in all of our interactions. It was such a relief to be able to trust a vendor this well! There wasn’t anything booked the day before so were able to decorate the room ahead of time which was a huge relief. We were able to rent charger plates from Shelby directly which was helpful. Table clothes and chiavari chairs were included in the price and the bar packages were priced much lower than other venues! We highly recommend The Ventura!!!

A Great Venue

Great wedding venue! We had a great ceremony and reception at the Ventura. I highly recommend. Sara, the event coordinator was amazing and worked very hard for our special day to go smoothly! Also, the bridal and groom suite is awesome to utilize for getting ready. Thank you for such a great day!
