I hired Licia as our day of coordinator to basically put everything together that I had planned day of my wedding! I had a very specific vision (type A) and Licia did an incredible job making everything exactly how I pictured. Along the way she brought up the coordination of things I never would have even thought about without her! So many people who attended our wedding and even other vendors have told me it was the most beautiful and well put together wedding they had been to in a long time! Licia made sure all of our boxes were checked, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I knew I wanted to hire Licia as my wedding coordinator after seeing her beautiful work and planning at one of my friend's weddings. Licia was so nice and welcoming when we had our first meeting together. She came with me to multiple venue visits and was always available to answer my questions and give me advice throughout the year before my wedding. Licia was very flexible when I had to change my wedding venue and alter some of my previous plans. Because of the changes, I was stressed but Licia remained positive and energetic. Licia helped with our wedding rehearsal and turned my dream wedding into a reality. My family and friends were so pleased to work with Licia. It was amazing to have Licia and her team coordinate my wedding so that my family didn't have to deal with all of the details that make a wedding so successful. I loved my wedding, it was such a perfect day and I am so thankful for Licia and her hard work! We cannot thank Licia enough for her nearly two-year efforts to plan our wedding, which started with 500+ on the guest list! We were living in South Carolina at the time but decided to have our wedding at Gover Ranch in Anderson, CA. From day 1, we knew Licia would be the perfect fit. She took the time to get to know us and really focused in on what we wanted. Because we had international guests coming from different countries as well as people from around the US, there were many logistical challenges. With every hurdle that we ran into in the planning process, Licia either knew someone who could handle it or offered a solution that made a lot more sense! She has excellent connections with other vendors in the Redding area and was able to identify a lot of great deals for us. Rather than a traditional wedding, we wanted to throw a fun party for everyone, and it came together flawlessly. Our friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had. Licia is not only a wedding planner but has become a friend, and we really appreciate everything she and her team from Carats and Confetti Events have done for us.

Licia and her team were absolutely amazing! Between planning a wedding out of state to seamlessly blending three families, we could not have done it without them. Licia from Carats and Confetti did an expectional job planning and coordinating our wedding. She went above and beyond to create an amazing day that I will never forget. She was wonderful to work with and extremely organized. I highly recommend them.

Karly and Licia are an unbelievable team. All of us enjoyed and was able to focus on and celebrate the special day of Luke and Kelly, our daughter. They worked very hard to make my daughter’s wedding exceptional. They smoothly carried out all the details. Their guidance and planning help make the day function extremely well. Karly at Carats and Confetti was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process and I couldn’t imagine trying to accomplish everything without her help. When we booked our initial venue, we found out that the venue had to drop us due to a miscommunication in booking. This, of course, was right after our save the dates had been sent out so we weren’t able to just pick another date. Although I was extremely frustrated at the situation, Karly immediately started to look for other venues. We had our wedding in the fall and indoor venues for 100 people are a bit tricky to find in our area. However, within a day, Karly had found another venue for us. Initially, I didn’t care for the way it looked; I had an idea in my head as to what I wanted everything to look like and this was not it on the surface. Karly walked me through how we could make the venue into exactly what I wanted and I trusted that she wouldn’t do anything that didn’t look good. I did fall in love with the venue and can’t imagine our wedding without it there!
She took the time to make sure all of the little details were perfect and that it was set up how I wanted. Even though we live an hour away from where our venue and her were located, she answered all of my questions promptly, was exceptionally knowledgeable, and helped us through the entire wedding process. She also introduced us to the majority of our vendors which we probably wouldn’t have been able to find without her suggestions. She even found us an amazing place for our pictures before the ceremony!
The day of the wedding went perfectly and she made sure to keep everything moving along and to the timeline. It was so nice to not have to think about any of that and just enjoy the day!
If you are wondering if you really need a wedding planner, you do. And it needs to be Carats and Confetti!
