Nathan, who helped us, is a very calm and down to Earth guy who knows his stuff. He educated my fiancée and I, and made sure to show her styles and designs she was looking for. We never felt pressured at any moment as there are so many other stores nearby in the area, and he was open and even gave us the chance to go, shop around and compare. Their selection is quite large and it's almost impossible not to find what you're looking for. We also picked up our wedding bands along with the engagement ring which were perfectly matched. There is just something special about family-owned businesses as opposed to big retailers and Nathan truly showcased that. As soon as we opened the ring box we were in awe... It's very hard to find straightforward, honest and family run jewelry stores that you can trust and allow them to be a part of your special moment. My fiancé and I were trying to find the perfect engagement rings for ourselves and it was easier said then done. There was a lot of pressure. We wanted to make things PERFECT! There were a few vendors on The Knot as well as locally in our area, but none stood out to us. We came across Capri in LA. As I first stepped foot into their location, I found the band for myself and the perfect ring for her. While we found the perfect ring we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck that fit in our budget. Nathan educated us on the 4 c's on diamonds and provided us a variety of ring styles and shapes as options. He explained why we shouldn't settle for an average engagement ring but rather go for something with the most clarity that fit in our price range. He was no pressure and let us go around and compare as he was very confident with the product he was offering. As soon as we finalized everything and saw the ring my fiancé was amazed with excitement at how stunning the ring came out. We couldn't have been any happier. They understood how important this was for us and they put our satisfaction as a priority, and we could tell. The experience from start to finish was so easy and pleasurable that I just don't see myself purchasing jewelry elsewhere in the future.

Where do I start?! For a jewelry store that not only is family owned but has been in the engagement ring business for over 40 years, you know they are doing something right.

Getting engaged and finding the perfect ring is stressful enough and it is also easier said then done, and we wanted to make it perfect. My fiancee and I heard about Capri Jewelry for a while and heard great things about them, especially online when reading about their company and seeing the wonderful pictures. As soon as we stepped in Haygan greeted us, and was very welcoming. We never knew they would be this caring and helpful. She provided us with suggestions and allowed us to browse from their very large and quality variety of engagement rings and bands without being PUSHY, AT ALL!

We had a vision and we knew what we wanted and she brought that to life. She showed us several shapes of diamonds and a variety of different sizes and colors. We ended up going for a brilliant oval shape diamonds and we are very happy. Her customer service is excellent and the ring she made came out stunning. No other jewelry store provided us with the knowledge and service Haygan at Capri did. We are forever grateful for her and we will definitely be back for our future jewelry needs.

Chris at Capri is so awesome. He was such a pleasure to work with and honestly, it was the best experience you can have at a jewelry store. We never ever felt pressured to make a purchase. Chris is very knowledgeable and helped us design our rings and we absolutely love them.
