Thank you Nathan for such a great ring buying experience.

Been meaning to write this review for a while now, because of how great my experience with Nathan was, and at how well the ring turned out. My now husband and I are truly grateful to have met someone who not only made the jewelry buying process so easy, but provided us with such a fair price that I instantly felt inclined to go with them.

Capri Jewelry made my dream come true, and I love the way my ring came out to be. He was always in direct communication with my husband and kept his word from day one, giving us what he stated rather then changing details, weeks later when we decided to purchase the ring. As promised, I will definitely be recommending all my people to them :)

Great Selection of Wedding Bands

I had a great experience at Capri Jewelry. Nathan helped me find a beautiful wedding band for myself. I wanted something that would match my engagement ring but at the same time I could wear on it’s own for everyday things like work. The quality is really up there and the diamonds pop like crazy. Love it so much and I really can’t stop looking at my band!

The Best Engagement Ring Buying Experience EVER!

My fiancé (now husband) purchased my engagement ring from Capri Jewelry. I LOVE IT! They did an AMAZING job at creating my dream ring, the sparkle, the design everything is exactly as I imagined. My fiancé had a rough idea of what I wanted and he went along and let Capri do their magic. Haygan Capri who helped my fiancé with the ring knew exactly what she was doing and she made the process super easy. Thank you Capri Jewelry for everything. Capri Jewelry is awesome!

Capri Jewelry are truly awesome to work with. After months of searching and browsing for engagement rings, we decided to go with them. The experience from start to finish was excellent.

Nathan, who helped us, is a very calm and down to Earth guy who knows his stuff. He educated my fiancée and I, and made sure to show her styles and designs she was looking for. We never felt pressured at any moment as there are so many other stores nearby in the area, and he was open and even gave us the chance to go, shop around and compare. Their selection is quite large and it's almost impossible not to find what you're looking for. We also picked up our wedding bands along with the engagement ring which were perfectly matched. There is just something special about family-owned businesses as opposed to big retailers and Nathan truly showcased that. As soon as we opened the ring box we were in awe... Capri is now our place to shop when we need jewelry. Thank you Nathan!

Truly The Best Jewelers In LA

I purchased my fiancés engagement ring here and their service was exceptional. They are extremely easy going jewelers who simply want to make their clients happy.

They made the ring buying process a breeze thanks to Haygan. Our experience here was great and she was so happy in educating us on styles and designing our ring. Her communication was great and she was always available even after work hours which is service hard to find these days. They truly deserve to be where they are as the top jewelry store in LA and I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for an engagement ring to check them out.

Capri In LA Is The Best!

It's very hard to find straightforward, honest and family run jewelry stores that you can trust and allow them to be a part of your special moment. My fiancé and I were trying to find the perfect engagement rings for ourselves and it was easier said then done. There was a lot of pressure. We wanted to make things PERFECT! There were a few vendors on The Knot as well as locally in our area, but none stood out to us. We came across Capri in LA. As I first stepped foot into their location, I found the band for myself and the perfect ring for her. While we found the perfect ring we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck that fit in our budget. Nathan educated us on the 4 c's on diamonds and provided us a variety of ring styles and shapes as options. He explained why we shouldn't settle for an average engagement ring but rather go for something with the most clarity that fit in our price range. He was no pressure and let us go around and compare as he was very confident with the product he was offering. As soon as we finalized everything and saw the ring my fiancé was amazed with excitement at how stunning the ring came out. We couldn't have been any happier. They understood how important this was for us and they put our satisfaction as a priority, and we could tell. The experience from start to finish was so easy and pleasurable that I just don't see myself purchasing jewelry elsewhere in the future.

Forever grateful for Haygan and Capri Jewelry!

Where do I start?! For a jewelry store that not only is family owned but has been in the engagement ring business for over 40 years, you know they are doing something right.

Getting engaged and finding the perfect ring is stressful enough and it is also easier said then done, and we wanted to make it perfect. My fiancee and I heard about Capri Jewelry for a while and heard great things about them, especially online when reading about their company and seeing the wonderful pictures. As soon as we stepped in Haygan greeted us, and was very welcoming. We never knew they would be this caring and helpful. She provided us with suggestions and allowed us to browse from their very large and quality variety of engagement rings and bands without being PUSHY, AT ALL!

We had a vision and we knew what we wanted and she brought that to life. She showed us several shapes of diamonds and a variety of different sizes and colors. We ended up going for a brilliant oval shape diamonds and we are very happy. Her customer service is excellent and the ring she made came out stunning. No other jewelry store provided us with the knowledge and service Haygan at Capri did. We are forever grateful for her and we will definitely be back for our future jewelry needs.

Family Jeweler makes you feel like family

Chris at Capri is so awesome. He was such a pleasure to work with and honestly, it was the best experience you can have at a jewelry store. We never ever felt pressured to make a purchase. Chris is very knowledgeable and helped us design our rings and we absolutely love them. The pricing was very fair and we plan on coming back here if we are in the market for jewelry again. 100% recommend!

My fiancé and I went to the jewelry district "just to look," and headed straight to Capri, as my guy likes to research things and found great ratings and reviews. The staff was very responsive, and not in a pushy way. I was sort of afraid to touch the pretty things with my grubby paws, but they assured me that it would be fine. As soon as I mentioned that I probably wanted to custom design my ring, we were referred to Claude. Omg, Claude! This man made me an even more beautiful ring than I imagined! After a good amount of deliberation, I decided I wanted the band from one ring and the setting from another. Claude patiently helped us pick out the perfect center diamond, never appearing to try and upsell us. With a custom design, you never really know what you're going to get, but he absolutely hit it out of the park! Claude is also certified to appraise his gorgeous creations, so we got an appraisal certificate when we got the ring (it's worth more than we paid). I could not possibly be happier with my experience!

My fiance got a beautiful channel setting with a 1.3 carat princess cut center stone from Capri jewelry! He also purchased a matching wedding band that has the same setting as the engagement ring. The serve was phenomenal. Just warning you that this is a small and intimate shop, it is definitely not your average Tiffany's store. But this is why Capri is such a small hidden gem. My apologies but I forgot the sales rep that helped my fiance and I pick out my room. I did my research, told him what I wanted and most importantly what I can afford. What I really liked is that thy will try to customize and find diamonds that are within your budget and close to what you wanted. My main thing was size, I wanted a big rock but did not want to sell an arm or leg to get it. He asked me what I was willing to sacrifice on, clarity, color etc. In the end the sales person was able to find the perfect diamond for my fiance and I. We were very very happy with the purchase and did a wonderful job with the appraisal as well. We then went downstairs to the recommended jeweler to get the diamond set into the actual ring. Wonderful service there as well. Best part is that we can always come back in the future and upgrade to a better diamond only paying the difference of the upgrade. Hubby promises that every 10 years we can upgrade haha!

My fiance and i shopped for my engagement ring here. Chris was knowledgable and friendly. After looking around at the other jewelers in the area, we went with Capri hands down. I helped my fiance pick out the diamond but I didn't see the entire ring until he proposed. I was blown away. The diamond is sparkling and the setting is perfect. I get compliments on the quality of my diamond all the time. Chris even gave the mens wedding band for free so that my fiance could get used to wearing jewelry. Highly recommend checking this place out!

My Fiance and I went to Capri to look at engagement rings and they not only exceeded all of our expectations but we were soo impressed by their professionalism and how incredibly nice they were. Claude and Chris were extremely helpful at helping me find my dream ring. I told them what I had in mind and they helped me create my perfect ring. We only went to one place which was Capri and we were so confident that we didn't need to go look anywhere else. Our first son asked for help in selecting an engagement ring for his girlfriend. I stumbled upon Wedding Wire in my search and the reviews for Capri Jewelry were so great I thought this would be a great place to start. My husband, son and I were so impressed with Capri Jewelry. As my son searched for a vintage inspired, unique ring the salesman was so patient. He worked easily within my son's budget. The ring he chose was one of their own designs and is one of the prettiest rings I have ever seen. I highly recommend Capri Jewelry. By the way she said yes and loves her ring. My husband bought my ring from Capri after working closely with Claude to create the perfect vintage ring. This ring is spectacular, vintage halo. Unbelievable clarity and details. One year later, my ring was stolen and Claude re-created the ring and had it shipped to my home so he could present it to me on Mother's Day, needless to say I cried twice. After learning how much Claude assisted my husband I decided I had to get his wedding band made by Claude.

I called him and asked him to help me design a ring in secrecy for my husband, a rose and white gold band with inlaid diamonds. We communicated via email since we live in NYC and he is in LA. He kept me updated on the progress and sent lots of pictures. He even arranged to have the ring delivered while my husband was at work so he would not get suspicious. I was so excited to surprise him on our wedding day. Little did I know, that Claude and my husband were creating a band for me as well. We were both in love with the final products and Claude proved he is the master of ultimate surprises.

We get compliments daily on our rings as they are absolutely stunning. I had my rings cleaned at a jeweler and they commented on the craftsmanship and beauty.

We could not be more pleased with our decision to use Claude at Capri Jewelry.

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Capri Jewelry! We visited Capri Jewelry to look at engagement rings and decided to not look elsewhere. Chris was very helpful and informative. He had answers to all of our questions but was not overbearing or pushy. He was on top of all the details. We decided to buy both wedding rings at Capri Jewelry. He took the initiative to order a sample of the wedding band which matched my engagement ring so I could see it in person. I cannot say enough about Chris or Capri Jewelry. I had a great experience with Capri Jewelry, specifically Chris. He was very responsive to emails and very knowledgeable and patient, obliging to all my requests. In my opinion, the most important thing when buying a diamond is to be able to trust that the salesperson you are working with genuinely has your best interests in mind. At first I was skeptical of buying a diamond online, but due to the better prices (Capri Jewelry has great prices!) I decided to take a leap of faith and I'm glad I did. Chris's recommendations really helped me maximize value, and I ended up with a very brilliant and white diamond at a great price. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I shopped around for engagement rings, and there are quite a few businesses on jeweler's row that employ some shady practices. This is the proverbial diamond in the rough. The best thing about this place is that they honor ALL budgets (and I would know - I wasn't exactly throwing coin around when I first went there). I even asked if I would get more for the stone that I was looking at if I spent a bit more, but the gemologist who took me through their process said flat out I wouldn't get much more. There aren't too many businesses that deal with customers on a level basis, and ones that do should be patronized. This is one of those places.

Capri Jewelry created a one of a kind engagement ring for my fiancee to give to me. Chris is so easy to work with and takes care of you as if you're family. I worked with Chris at Capri Jewelry to get my engagement ring and I cannot say enough good things about him. The ring was for my 50th birthday and I had been looking for 2 years. He did not make me feel rushed, I walked through the options with him and in the end, he recommended something marginally less expensive, because it fit my criteria. Very nice experience. Chris and his team made great efforts to ensure that the design we created was tasteful. I didn't experience any pressure to buy something I didn't need. Our project came in 35% under our stated budget. Service after the sale is great. They even addressed a petty warranty concern of mine regarding the leather band on a watch purchase.

Capri Jewelry's service is phenomenal. I had an excellent experience with Chris while shopping for an engagement ring and the wedding bands. A couple weeks before the wedding I had an issue with one of the rings that was no fault to Capri Jewelry and Chris took care of it, no questions asked, and extremely quickly. My fiance purchased my engagement ring & wedding band from Capri Jewelry at the recommendation of a friend. I now know at least 5 couples that have also purchased their wedding jewelry from here. Their selection is gorgeous, the prices are unbeatable & very reasonable, & the quality is the best. I have had my engagement ring since March 2012 & still get daily compliments on it. Both of my rings are such good quality that they literally out sparkle any other brides ring, except for my other friends who have their wedding rings from Capri too :) We are all super happy with our rings & our husbands have nice rings as well. We spent the day looking for the perfect engagement ring to match a band I intend to use as my wedding band. Capri was the first store we walked into, and had a great selections of styles to match the band. The pricing and quality was excellent, and the service was phenomenal. As this was the first place we tried, we decided to hit the rest of the district to check out the inventory and service elsewhere. After hours of browsing, we ended back at Capri where we began. This was one of the only stores where we did not feel overly pressured to make a decision immediately, which by the end of the day seemed rather invaluable given our experiences elsewhere. Our sales representative at Capri listened carefully to what we were looking for, and took time and care in showing us items that actually matched that description (not just whatever they could find, what was most expensive, etc.). The quality of the certified diamond we selected was excellent, as was the price, and we were overjoyed with our selection and the service we received!

Capri Jewelry is a beautiful store with a large selection of designer engagement rings. Like many stores, your experience will depend on who works with you, and in my case it was Chris. he was very helpful and patient as I came and searched for engagement rings, and then re-searched after changing my mind. I was skeptical after reading some reviews of the store (especially because I was on a much tighter budget than the normal , but everything worked out great! Will be going back for the wedding bands in a few months.

This place has gorgeous jewelry and a staff that "bends over backwards to please" to quote my fiance! My diamond studs and my engagement ring came from here. I can tell you right away that Capri Jewelry was a wonderful experience for me! We had a custom engagement ring made and I was so happy with the outcome. I have recommended to many friends to at LEAST stop in, view the incredible selection and LEARN from this place. They are willing to educate you and meet you where you are at. Communication was open about the actual day my ring was done, even though I made my Fiance pester them a bit to see if it was done yet... I just recommend to them that they estimate a bit faster out so that my hopes were not up of getting my ring back sooner ;)

In doing my research for buying an engagement ring Capri Jewelry was the place that stood out from all the rest and after buying from them it was easy to see why. We collected our wedding rings yesterday. Can I just say how amazing they are! My Fiancé bought my engagement ring at Capri Jewelry from Chris, so we knew we would go back and get our wedding rings there also due to the sheer quality of my engagement ring. I wanted something a bit different, I didnt want to take the look off my engagement ring as it says enough itself (I think), so we were delighted to be able to design and choose my own ring to set against it. We found something perfect - a white gold band with 5 princess cut diamond stones, it sits so nicely beside my engagement ring. I was so impressed with how it looks and Chris of course pulled all the stops out and sent both rings away to be set together. They are a perfect match! Delighted with service, standards and quality. My son purchased an engagement ring from Capri Jewelry, the sales adviser who served him was very helpful he explained the difference in the diamond clarity cut and carat and showed him a good selection, he didn't try to sell the most expensive but catered to the price range selected have gave some very good advice on buying diamonds, the ring was ready on time and was even more beautiful than he had expected.

Very nice experience. Chris and his team made great efforts to ensure that the design we created was tasteful. I didn't experience any pressure to buy something I didn't need. Our project came in 35% under our stated budget. Service after the sale is great. They even addressed a petty warranty concern of mine regarding the leather band on a watch purchase.

My husband and I were recently looking for an engagement ring to replace the one I lost. Capri Jewelrys' service is phenomenal. I had an excellent experience with Chris while shopping for an engagement ring and the wedding bands. A couple weeks before the wedding I had an issue with one of the rings that was no fault to Capri Jewelrys' and Chris took care of it, no questions asked, and extremely quickly. Again, phenomenal service. I will absolutely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We got our wedding bands from Capri and couldn't be more happy with them! My wedding band is all diamonds that they were able to perfectly match the style of my engagement ring. An added plus is them helping my now husband surprise me during our ceremony with a second matching band. They are beautiful and Capri has excellent service!

My husband and I were MORE then satisfied with the engagement ring and wedding band he had made for us! He was so easy to work with and so helpful. He took our vision and made it better then we could have ever imagined!! The rings were beautiful! I would recommend him to anybody!!

This was my second visit to Capri Jewelry. I'd previously bought a ring from them and I recently went to find a pair of earrings for an anniversary present for my wife. I have always been extremely impressed with Chris's assistance and advice. We are very happy with both purchases and the speeds at which the ring and the earrings were made and delivered. My (now) fiancée and I used Capri Jewelry to reset a family stone into an updated setting for my engagement ring. Claude and the entire team at Capri Jewelry were extremely helpful and were able to create exactly what we wanted. They took their time to combine aspects of two of their settings into one beautiful ring, but still had a very quick turnaround time (even during a busy holiday week). We couldn't be happier with the end product and will be recommending them from now on.

I went to Capri Jewelry for an engagement ring and was glad I did. I went into the process knowing very little about diamonds- and everyone at Capri Jewelry was more than helpfully answering my questions and explaining things that I should be looking for in a diamond. When I was ready to buy they worked with me to find an amazing diamond within my budget and didn't try to upsell me. I proposed last weekend and my fiancée loves the ring! Great Customer Service !!! Capri Jewelry is absolutely great. Mr. Chris worked with me throughout my entire experience and he was immensely kind, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was only available to communicate via e-mail and I received a response almost instantly every time I had a question. And Chris worked with me on splitting the payments. Highly Recommended. Honest family run business with the lowest prices on engagement rings in Los Angeles. BEST SELECTION!!. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée from Capri Jewelry. And let me tell you, I have been looking all over Los Angeles for something like the ring that I got from these guys. Their diamonds are GIA and EGL certified so I felt confident I wasn’t going to get ripped off! They did a wonderful job setting the diamond. Fantastic Service!!!. This was my first time buying an engagement ring with a certified diamond. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. It was a Fantastic Experience!!. I had a fantastic experience at Capri Jewelry. I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Capri Jewelry and am so pleased with it. They help me locate a Verragio ring based on a photo I brought in and my fiancée is completely in love with it. Before my purchase, I did exhaustive research on diamond rings and prices even went to the top stores in Los Angeles, until I found a jeweler who specializes in custom settings. Great place and the staff.... Really nice and knowledgeable people. There is a great range of wedding and engagement rings as well as other jewelry. This is where my engagement and wedding rings came from, and when I wanted my rings polished and cleaned, they did it FREE of charge. Really lovely service and highly recommended!

A SURE THING!!!.
