Kate did my updo and did a fantastic job! She made me very comfortable and relaxed. I'm usually very hesitant to work with hairdressers for a formal style and I can usually handle the job myself, but she really listened to what I wanted and then took it up a level.

I came to this salon to get my hair colored before my wedding and unfortunately I have to report that I had a horrible experience. Long story short - I did not receive the services I requested. I asked for highlights however I received a balayage that completely ruined my hair. I am now working with a color correction specialist (and have spent approx. $600) trying to fix the damage that has been done before my wedding which is in month. I tried to speak to the owner to see if she could compensate me, but sadly she refused. I was told that if I came in sooner she would have tried to correct the issue for me free of charge. I explained that I didn't feel comfortable and already went to a specialist. I asked for a refund for the initial appointment or for one of the color correction appointments. When she said no to both I then asked for a complimentary blow out. I thought that we could start from scratch, but once again she refused showing me just how much she did not care if she kept me as a client or not.
