We rented all the wedding tuxedos from cape fear formal wear at independence mall (9 of them). They were the most unorganized and rude people I have ever dealt with. We got married on prom weekend and they kept using that as an excuse for their mishaps and frustration. In my opinion a tux rental place knows in advance their inventory and should be prepared in advance for a busy weekend. They only had one person working at that time. We were told Tuxedos would be ready for pick up on Thursday and they weren't..on Friday we went and several didn't fit and one had a huge stain on it...were told we couldn't pick up replacements until after 4 on friday which was during on rehearsal. They got attitude with me when I told them we are on a time crunch. They made us go to a different location downtown to pick up replacements and never offered an apology or a delivery service. Once we finally got all of the tuxedos, while getting ready for the wedding we realized one groomsmen had the wrong shirt (different collar) as well as pants with a stripe down them. He didn't think to compare them to other groomsmen in the store, just assumed that the store would get the style right and checked for fitting issues instead! It was a complete disaster. Never use them if you want everything for your wedding to go smooth...Very poor customer service!!
