The building that now houses the Canvas Event Center was built in the mid-1950s as a warehouse. At one point in its industrial days it even served as a crane repair station. Shortly after the turn of the century, the warehouse was renovated and became a contemporary art space. From there, it became the unique wedding venue it is today.

The place was great as I had a very creative team and the flexibility to bring in our own vendors was awesome. Would have liked to be able to get some of the details down sooner and the responsiveness was always delayed but otherwise the venue beautiful at the end of the day.Sent on 09/07/2019
