From the planning process through the day itself, our wedding coordinator Jennifer was organized, responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding at Camelback Resort exceeded my husband and I’s expectations. We received countless compliments from our guests about the venue, the food, and how seamlessly everything flowed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for all of Jenn’s hard work and dedication.

We recently had our wedding at the Camelback Summit House, and we are very pleased to say that the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Weddings, planning, and all the details in between can certainly be stressful, but the staff and personnel at the venue were incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with.

In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception at the Summit House, we also held our after-party at the Trails End Bar and enjoyed breakfast the following morning at the Hemisphere buffet. Everything flowed seamlessly. Our lodging accommodations were also excellent, and we couldn’t have been happier with how the entire event came together.

Camelback made our special day even better than we imagined. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding experience.

This really is a hidden gem, I've known Camelback my whole life but never considered it as a venue or even knew they had weddings. The venue itself is beautiful, we had our ceremony, reception and cocktail hour up at the Summit House. The views were spectacular, both outside at the ceremony site, on the deck at cocktail hour, and even inside the Summit House (due to the large windows and beautiful view). We got the Mountaineering food package with stations, all the guests loved it and it was a great variety of food and plenty of delicious options for all, especially the carving station and seafood bar. The staff on site during the wedding were amazing, super friendly the day before while I popped in to set up as well as the day of, they kept the food stocked and replenished, which is amazing as I know we had a lot of big eaters. The bartenders were also fabulous, I heard lots of great compliments from our guests on how friendly, agreeable and efficient they were! Then there is Jennifer, our point person. From the initial tour of the venue to our food tasting to wedding day, she was nothing short of spectacular. She was responsive, accommodating, was not pushy or trying to upsell, and was patient with me answering all my questions. She took something super stressful and overwhelming and helped make it seamless. This was a particularly rainy year for the area, and leading up to the wedding I was nervous about poor weather. Jenn was patient and helped create a plan B for me, while recognizing that I desperately wanted to keep the ceremony outside and doing all she could to make this happen. Day of the wedding it rained almost all day, Jenn helped coordinate with vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, had staff wipe down chairs for us so we could switch to outside, had a setup inside ready if the weather didn't let up, provided me support and helped calm me down as I was crying about the weather, managed shuttles to make sure our bridal party was all together for photos, helped organize my first look, even fluffed my dress train walking down the aisle and took photos and videos for us. She was incredible and I couldn't sing her praises enough! Highly recommend Camelback as your next wedding venue if you're looking for a one stop shop for wedding, reception, after party and a safe place for guests to stay! 

From our initial meeting with Jen in December 2022 until we checked out of our room 2 days after our 10/8/23 wedding, our experience with Camelback could not have been better. Jen and the rest of the staff we had occassion to interact with went went above and beyond. They were able to accommodate every request, and even a last minute change to our rehearsal dinner. We booked Camelback for our wedding in large part due to the outdoor mountaintop ceremony site - which we booked sight unseen due to the road being closed for the winter!!! The same with Summit House for our reception. But both locations were absolutely perfect, and not the typical ballroom setting. It was the perfect size for our 50-60 count guest list. The views are amazing! Having excellent food was a must have for us and Camelback delivered. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. The kids, and many adults, had a great time taking advantage of the waterpark and the mountain coaster over the weekend.

Camelback and their entire team made our wedding absolutely wonderful and the best day we could have asked for. Throughout the entire process they provided amazing service to us and helped guide us through the process with ease. The food, venue, and entire resort were better than we could have asked for. Although we had rain that changed our plans from a ceremony on the hill, camelback provided an amazing backup and set up and inside location on top of the mountain in addition to setting up the original location. They did all of this without asking for anything additional and when we changed the venue an hour before ceremony everything went off without a problem. All of our family and guests have said nothing but amazing things about the wedding weekend and everyone has said the resort was like nothing they have every seen. The waterpark, arcade, outdoor activities, and all of the other options at the resort kept everyone busy the entire weekend and we all wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy it. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond for every request we made. The helped set up the entire rehearsal with minimal help from us, and even though we did not have a wedding coordinator we did not need one since Jennifer and her team took care of everything we needed.

My husband and I got married here in Oct 2023. The ceremony site is absolutely beautiful and so if the reception ballroom. The staff was so attentive and so nice. The food was also amazing! We have 0 complaints whatsoever. We had the perfect day.

July 2023 bride: From the minute I saw the view from the mountain top ceremony site I knew that this was where I wanted to get married. Seeing it in person only solidified it that much more. Working with Jenn was amazing. We had a few hiccups and she was nothing but accommodating. We had our rehearsal dinner at Trail's End and the food and service was amazing. It rained 10 minutes before we were supposed to get married so we rushed into the holding area to wait it out. Once it stopped, Camelback bussed up workers from the resort to wipe down the chairs and the weather was beautiful the rest of the day. It was perfect. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and it was in no small part due to the amazing staff. The next morning we bought breakfast for our guests and the servers and staff at the buffet were incredible. From the cashier at the gift shop going up to the fifth floor to see if they had a shirt in my husband's size, to the valets, to the staff moving all of the stuff from the reception hall to a meeting room so we could enjoy our after party. The bartender that we requested for our reception even saw my husband before the ceremony and helped him finish his vows. I'd get married here again in a heartbeat and I've already recommended it to a few of my friends!

Jenn and the rest of the staff at Camelback Resort was wonderful. They were attentive and responsive to all of my ideas and needs. I can’t express enough gratitude to the team for helping make our day one we will never forget.

Jennifer and her team made our day so fantastic, even with the last minute rain that showed up and pushed us indoors Jen and Stephanie really took care of everything and knocked it out of the park. Also the food was superb best we’ve had at any resort! Thank you Camelback team.
