A wedding at Camelback Lodge encourages you and your guests to continue the adventure beyond the ceremony. Here in the Pocono Mountains, you will have access to skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, indoor and outdoor waterparks, breathtaking hikes, and much more!
Facilities and Capacity
Camelback Lodge offers a variety of spaces for you to utilize during your special event. The venue specializes in hosting outdoor wedding ceremonies with the picturesque Pocono Mountains serving as your backdrop. At Camelback Lodge’s Summit House, your ceremony will sit atop the mountain showcasing magnificent views that you and your guests will not soon forget. As the seasons change from Autumn foliage to Spring blossoms, this outdoor ceremony space remains equally as beautiful and enchanting. You may choose to keep your entire wedding atop the mountain, in which case the inside of the Summit House will be transformed into a dazzling reception area. The Summit House includes an indoor space that can hold 100 people with a full bar and a large balcony overlooking the entire property.
Camelback Lodge itself has over 7,800 square feet of ballroom space, which is adjacent to an additional 4,000 square feet of pre-function space. These two areas can be completely transformed to reflect your wedding theme. When you book a wedding at the Camelback Lodge, you will also have access to the bridal suite, where you and the wedding party can prepare for the day’s events. Being a luxury resort, Camelback Lodge has the capability to accommodate overnight guests. This spacious hotel is home to 453 guest rooms in 20 different room configurations for you to choose from, so there is plenty of space for you and your guests.
Services Offered
This hotel wedding venue offers a mountainous getaway for you to host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and much more. The staff on-site at Camelback Lodge will take care of all the setup and clean up for tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, and barware on your behalf. Included with your wedding package you will have access to the event coordinator, who will ensure all the intricate details of your special day are expertly executed. Best wedding day we can imagine
In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception at the Summit House, we also held our after-party at the Trails End Bar and enjoyed breakfast the following morning at the Hemisphere buffet. Everything flowed seamlessly. Our lodging accommodations were also excellent, and we couldn’t have been happier with how the entire event came together.
Camelback made our special day even better than we imagined. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding experience.
