We are CALIBER DJs, the Bay Area's premier wedding and special event DJ provider. With 15 years in the business, we strive to supply you and yours with custom made, specifically tailored soundtracks for your special day. We also specialize in multiple room/sound setups, off-site and outdoor receptions and can easily handle anything you might throw our way! In addition to weddings, we also do corporate events, holiday parties, birthday parties and more. We are proudly LGBT-owned and celebrate love in all its forms.
We offer the following...
-A custom-tailored music program for your night based on YOUR tastes, and none of the predictable, cheesy standbys that we've heard all too often at traditional wedding receptions.
-No extra rental or setup fees
-At least one face-to-face meeting to discuss timeline & music tastes
-All equipment including multiple speaker setups & up to 4 microphones (1 lapel, 1 wireless, 2 wired)
-Consultation on any other logistics you may have questions about
-Constant accessibility via e-mail and text
-Seamless timing and integration with your planner and other vendors

If you want to dance all night long, Nate is the DJ for you!
When it came to the dancing portion of the reception, the dancefloor was packed all night all because of him!! There was literally never a lull in the music. It was non stop dancing! The venue that I got married at also had a hard noise ordinance at 9:30pm, so Nate helped organize a silent disco for us, and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! I have gotten so many compliments about Nate and Caliber DJs since my wedding, and I am so happy that I got to work with him! Nate made my day so much fun, and I can't say enough amazing things about him! He is truly the best and will keep your guests dancing all night long! THANK YOU SO MUCH NATE!!
Nate is the best
An added plus was that he was familiar with both our planner and our venue. He knew all the details and foibles of the space (“It can get windy in the afternoon, so I find a hand-held mic is best for vows”). He works all around the Bay Area, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this were true for most venues.
On the day of, he was amazing. On the mic, he was charismatic and professional without being obtrusive – having been to a lot of weddings and seen a lot of DJs where that’s not always the case, that’s a hard balance to strike!! He kept the flow of speeches running smoothly, and his music choices perfectly set the tone for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner.
And on the dance floor, he killed it. Transitions were PERFECT, and he read the room as to what people were responding to and kept the flow of songs accordingly (you know how sometimes everyone will be getting down to a banger like “Yeah,” and then the DJ will abruptly switch to like, an obscure, slow Ed Sheerhan song and everyone kind of awkwardly stops dancing? Yeah, none of that with Nate). He played everything we requested, as well as nostalgic bangers that we had forgotten to include but slotted perfectly into the playlist. The party ramped up throughout the night and I fully credit Nate’s ability to command the dancefloor.
