Jenny has so many delicious flavors to choose from - her selection and variety is great. We had a 3 tier cake and were able to pick different flavor combinations for each tier. Her pricing was fair and the cake turned out looking exactly as I had hoped. Overall, I would recommend Jenny's cakes - you will not be disappointed with the final product. My only negative would be that Jenny was not always responsive to my emails. At one point a few weeks before the wedding date I had to email her 3-4 times prior to getting a response. And I am not a high maintenance person at all (nor was I a high maintenance bride), and prior to following up on my initial email I gave her almost a week to get back to me before I began to wonder if she even received my email, so I sent it again. I understand I got married in July, which is probably a very busy time for her, however, I work in customer service as well and understand the importance of that aspect as well as the actual product. All of my other vendors were very responsive and provided great service, so it is for that reason only that I give Jenny 4 stars instead of 5.
