We had the best experience with Johanna’s in so many ways. The communication was great, the service impeccable and the food - amazing! Such an elevated experience. She was in the kitchen, everything fresh, hot and delicious. Every guest request was “no problem”. It was worth every penny. We had appetizers, dinner, desserts, late night snack and bartenders. Johanna's Catering was very easy to work with. Great value for the money. They were extremely flexible both in the lead up to the event and on the day of the event (as weather was a factor for a little bit). We also used Johanna's for our rehearsal dinner by having barbeque delivered to our house. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. We would highly recommend to all future customers. We are from out of state (Pennsylvania) and coordinating with them was extremely easy. They were prompt with answering questions and flexible when changes needed to be made. Very down to earth and helpful. They even helped taking pictures as the night went on.

It’s been a few months since our April wedding and we still can’t stop talking about how DELICIOUS all the food was at our wedding. From the appetizers at cocktail hour, the raw bar, duet plate dinner to cannolis for dessert and late night eats Johanna’s blew it out of the water. Her management staff was always quick to respond to our many questions throughout the process leading up to the wedding date. Their food and staff were remarkable on the day of! We have received so many compliments from both older and younger guests raving about the food and service! Each appetizer, entree, side and dessert was delicious, presentation was gorgeous and the staff were helpful and friendly, yet you barely knew they were there. From the moment we booked them, they made us feel taken care of. They were always willing to accommodate changes, helped us think through menu combinations, and gave great recommendations based on what tends to be a hit with wedding guests. Lynda, the catering manager, was also so kind and responsive throughout planning and made every change or question feel easy.

I knew we made the right choice after our tasting. Honestly, it was hard to decide what to pick because everything was SO good. Johanna herself is amazing—so kind, warm, and genuinely great to work with. She always made us feel heard and prioritized.

Johanna’s catered both our welcome party and our wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park for both. We did the taco bar for our welcome party, and people were raving about it all night. For the wedding, we did full-service catering, and the food was just as incredible (and just as incredible as it was at our tasting). We had so many guests coming up to us at both events telling us how great the food was. People were even asking what they put in the potatoes at the wedding because they were that good.

Beyond the food, the service was amazing. Every single staff member was so friendly, professional, and helpful. The bartenders absolutely killed it—our signature drinks were perfect, and they kept the bar moving all night.

Our wedding day was also incredibly windy, and the staff was constantly going back and forth between the kitchen and the tent, handling everything without missing a beat. Through all of it, they stayed positive, calm, and on top of everything. Having vendors you can fully trust on your wedding day is priceless, and Johanna’s was one of those vendors for us. I never had to worry because I knew they had everything handled.

I also really appreciated how hands-on Johanna was throughout the event—it was clear how much she genuinely cares.

They also gave us a plentiful amount of food. We had plenty left over, and people were still happily eating leftovers at the after-party and even the next day.

We completely understand why Johanna’s is so highly recommended, and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

We opted for the heavy hors d’oeuvres and the duet plate dinner, and every dish was exceptional. The seared beef with demi-glace sauce was cooked perfectly and received endless compliments along with the local caught fish! Also, the potato pave is a must as a side!
