Scott was nothing short of amazing! Arrived an hour before the ceremony to make sure everything was set up and ready. Music was at the perfect volume for our outdoor ceremony. Moving to the reception, Scott had people on the dance floor all night long, keeping the vibes flowing! Just like other reviews, we were obviously skeptical of the price being so low, but he was worth every penny! Gives the same quality as the big DJ companies, but does it as a one man show. He was patient, listened to suggestions, all while making sure the wedding went smoothly. If you use Cadence Music & Entertainment, you will NOT be disappointed!

Anything I requested, they made it happen, even down to tiny details that I wasn’t sure were even possible to execute! Leading up to the wedding Scott and Heather were so communicative and supportive. Scott was our DJ/MC and he kept the dance floor bumping! Heather and Scott of Cadence Music and Entertainment were truly amazing. Scott and Heather are a husband/wife, DJ/Day of Coordinator wedding duo. I just got married on 9/22/18 in Northern MI. Scott and Heather are from downstate MI, they traveled all the way up north and were AMAZING. Heather took care of everything. I got her my vendor information and she made sure everyone was where they needed to be on time. She took care of every little detail; she stayed in touch with me and kept me updated. She met us on the party bus as we arrived to the reception and I literally didn't have to do a thing once there. She even helped tear down tables to open up the dance floor!! She truly went above and beyond and I couldn't image the day without her, it wouldn't have been possible!! Scott was incredible. He has the greatest voice! He was loud enough for everyone to hear, he was engaging, and he kept people out on the dance floor ALL NIGHT! I could write pages and pages about how wonderful they both were. I found Scott and Heather on the mid MI bride to bride facebook page. I booked their services without knowing a thing about them and at NO point in time was I ever disappointed in the least. Scott and Heather did an amazing job DJing my wedding. Heather was incredibly helpful when it came to my timeline and making sure I knew what was happening, and she made sure everything was in place for it. Scott kept the music fun, played many requests, and while my wedding was smaller and many guests did not like to dance, my dance floor still stayed very well occupied.

Scott and Heather were beyond helpful and accommodating from the very beginning of our discussions. Cadence music provided both the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I used the questionnaire and provided a rough, day-of overview and they needed very little additional assistance that day. I so appreciated not having to worry about what they were doing as they guided us through the night so effortlessly. So many of our guests commented on what a fun and upbeat reception we had. I have no regrets in hiring Cadence Music and will refer them to anyone needing DJ entertainment!

Scott videographed our wedding October 4th 2024. We were contracted for our highlight reel and full ceremony to be delivered on December 13th. We did not receive our highlight reel until it was 14 weeks late. We still have not recieved our ceremony video. He hasn’t responded to an email since January. I’ve reached out via both email and social media with zero response.

We paid in full for our video and he recorded the whole day. After Scott never reached out to us or returned any messages. It’s been over a month since his contractional deadline and it’s been radio silence.
