Besides marrying each other, retaining the coordination services of Aylsa Monét Lopez was our best wedding decision. Alysa’s services were indespensible to the success of our wedding. As a direct result of her recommendations our guests and family raved about the charcuterie boards and family styled food (Jackson Events); they commented on the atmosphere and musical ambience provided by international renowned guitarist (Terrence Farrell); and they noted the floral artistry that greeted them during the wedding ceremony and dinner (Cassia Foret). Alysa’s knowledge and expertise regarding a beautiful, smooth running, and memorable event are unsurpassed.

Alysa’s staff were also incredible, her lead Hailey, and assistant, Oliver worked tirelessy during the day of our wedding to ensure that everything was coordinated and flowed smoothly. Our micro wedding at Del Tierra Vineyards was a dream, and it was captured photographically by another of Alysa’s recommendations (Marissa Kay Photography). We received Alysa's information from close friends who worked with her to coordinate their wedding, and after our first call with Alysa, it was an easy decision for us to sign with her! We worked with her for over a year before our wedding date, and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Alysa is responsive, extremely knowledgable in the space, has great relationships with top vendors (so many of our vendors were thrilled to hear we were working with Alysa), organized, and at times played the role of our therapist through stressful situations. I would say the most important vendor you'll hire to plan your wedding is your coordinator, and we could not be more grateful for how Alysa worked with us, kept us ahead of schedule, helped us make decisions while feeling supported, and how she put out fires day-of without us feeling any stress. She's the BEST!

We hired Alysa to be our day-of coordinator...but she turned out to be so much more! We had already booked our venues, most vendors, and had put together our design. We needed someone to help us bring it all together, to make sure we'd thought of everything, and to just make it all run smoothly. Alysa could have said "I'll see you on your wedding day" and be done with it. But she didn't. She was available by phone for months, talking us through every aspect of the wedding, connecting us with vendors she recommended, and making sure it was all set up to run smoothly day-of. The day of she ran the show like the total pro that she is. It went off without a hitch. She had a calm and authoritative presence the entire time that put us at ease, and that put all our vendors at east. I really couldn't think of a better person to have worked with for this. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

She also helped us postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and crafted emails to each of our vendors that explained our situation. We ultimately decided to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19 and again, Alyssa offered to help us with that process. This was not part of her "job description" but still she went above and beyond to help us.

Mike and I were getting married for a second time. We wanted an intimate ceremony that included our 3 beautiful children. Alysa even went so far to anticipate things we may need (she noticed the weather forecast called for lower temps than expected -she put together the CUTEST basket of throw blankets for our guests!) and again, just HANDLED IT. We could not have had such an amazing and beautiful wedding without Alysa and her team! They went above and beyond for us.
