"They were sent, I thought you got them, my hard drive crashed, I paid to have them recovered, my husband was supposed to send them, I'm getting divorced, I'll send them again." By the time I was fed up with excuses, it was already too late to take legal action. I am almost 6 years from my wedding with only internet sized images that I had to copy and save from her Facebook page (that she never told me were up) that are unprintable due to compression. Zero images of my husband and I with our daughters and families. It has been almost 6 years and the anger of not having those memories is still strong. I am highly disappointed with this business and would strongly avoid working with her.
