Where do I even start?! Getting married at Burnside Farms a couple of weeks ago was the best decision I’ve ever made. An outdoor ceremony and barn reception was even more amazing than I could have ever imagined. The entire Bruce family was so kind and helpful and just amazing to work with. It was quite evident that they take pride in their family business and do everything in their power to help make your day perfect. If you are thinking of a reasonably priced barn venue, this is where you want to be!!!

AMAZING!! Honestly, the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen at a wedding. Katie and Leslie are a mother daughter team. Leslie worked in floral design for over 25 years in McLean VA, before moving to Haymarket to work exclusively for her family farm. They sell organic produce and grow wholesale flowers as well.


They provide a totally customized experience. I spoke with them, told them what I wanted, and they grew flowers specifically for my wedding. They worked within my budget to give me more than I thought possible and even grew individual pots of lavender for me to give away as wedding favors.


The flowers were beautiful, the colors extremely vibrant, and they smelled amazing. The set up of the flowers at the church and at the reception was gorgeous and tasteful. Many guests remarked that they were the most amazing flower arrangements they had seen.
