I have been working hand in hand with the team at BTS for over 5 years. They are polished, kind, committed, and truly amazing at their jobs. Trista is the most head strong, skilled, honest, and iconic planner I have had the pleasure of working for. She has given us incredible opportunities to execute her visions for her clients. She has managed stress kindly, pivoted when necessary (which happens in all events, period), and has orchestrated perfect wedding days for dozens and doznes of clients, many of which I have witnessed first hand as they enjoy their wedding day with so much joy! I look up to this team for their incredible poise and planning abilities. BTS Birthday!
BTS Event Management recently planned my birthday, and they exceeded all my expectations. From our first meeting, they showcased professionalism and creativity, perfectly aligning their ideas with my vision. Every detail was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
On the day of the party, the decorations were stunning, and the venue setup was perfect. They created a warm and inviting atmosphere that my guests loved. Their commitment to going above and beyond, handling last-minute changes with ease, was impressive.
The entertainment and catering were exceptional, thanks to their excellent vendor recommendations. My guests raved about the delicious food and fun activities.

Absolutely fantastic
We had got our venue and catering done by BTS, and the entire experience was lovely. There was clear and open communication, they were extremely accommodating, and everyone was so kind. The food they sourced and prepared was so delicious and the catering staff was excellent.
This team of planners is everything! They will make sure you are taken care of, completely, and that your vision and day go amazingly. I would highly recommend them, and I do to all of my brides.
You can tell when you meet someone if they mean business! The gals at BTS mean business! They are so organized and enthusiastic about what they do! Be prepared to have a new best friend! It is a pleasure to work with them! Definitely would give them an A+ rating!
