We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda, our day-of wedding coordinator. From the moment we met her, she brought such a warm, calming presence to the process. She was the perfect combination of personable and professional—so organized, detail-oriented, and completely focused on making our day absolutely perfect. But more than that, Amanda quickly became so much more than just a coordinator—she genuinely felt like a friend.

Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Amanda hosted regular check-in meetings that helped keep everything on track and made the planning feel so much less overwhelming. She always showed up with a smile, thoughtful guidance, and a reassuring energy that made us feel supported every step of the way.

By the time the wedding day arrived, it honestly felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. She knew exactly what we needed before we even had to ask, handled every little detail behind the scenes with grace and efficiency, and kept the entire day running so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and just enjoy the magic of the moment.

Amanda went so far above and beyond for us. We are endlessly grateful for her care, dedication, and heart. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made—and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side through it all.

I can say with 100% confidence that our wedding was perfect because of everything Amanda and her team did behind the scenes. I loved working with Amanda every step away; she was always punctual, organized, and so easy to communicate with, no matter what. She did a great job keeping our vendors on track. Our actual wedding day was eerily calm (in the best way possible) and not a single thing went wrong. Many guests came up to me and said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Now, two years later (we got married in Oct 2022) - I can only emphasize that further, I have continued to hear only positive things from our guests, who say it was the most organized wedding they've ever attended! I would trust Amanda with my life!

If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, just do it. Don't be fooled by that title - Amanda and her team communicated with us for an entire year leading up to the wedding. Amanda is such a down-to-earth person too, which made me always look forward to our meetings. She never pushed us to make our wedding extravagant or over the top, in the end it just felt like us. As cheesy as it is, our wedding really was the best day ever. Thank you Amanda!
