We had a great experience with this company- they were flexible as we changed our contract several times. They were also helpful in thinking through appropriate climate control options. The tent they set up for us was beautiful (we had ceiling and pole liners, twinkle lights, and sphere lights), and also reasonably priced.

They delivered exactly what was ordered and everything was quality. The tent was more beautiful than I imagined. No problems at all. They were very helpful along the way as we changed the order etc. and made good on everything we ordered. Would use them again for sure.

I rented a large outdoor tent from Brooke Rental. They were very reasonably priced and very flexible. I changed the drop up and pick up days and times several times. The tent was good quality and looked nice set up. Whenever I contacted them to ask a question or make a change they were prompt in responding.

We got two tents from Brooke Rental Center (http://www.brookerental.com/) for our backyard wedding party. The weather was horrible for weeks, and we expected another downpour for our party. We chose Brooke Rental because of their flexibility and great customer service--our party was on a Friday night, so they set up the tents on Thursday afternoon and disassembled them and picked them up on Saturday, charging us for only 1 night's worth of rental. They were very professional, efficient, and worked independently--we didn't have to be there for the pickup, for example. Since this was in my garden, I was very worried about damage to my flower beds. They were very flexible and went out of their way to make sure that there was no visible damage at all to our lawn and (gasp!) my flowers. The quality of the tents was not what I expected, exactly--they were a little old, and the poles were bare metal poles. Perhaps this could have been better if I told them that this was for a wedding. But even as it was, we covered the metal poles with vines (luckily, our neighbor's vines climbed all over our fence just the night before), and the tents looked great in the dusk and evening, with candles and other decorations around. Overall, we are pleased--the price could not be beat for the level of service, and none of my flowerbeds were hurt. People actually complimented the tents! The staff was very helpful--so I am sure they'd work with you to make sure that the tents are exactly what you expect.

I would absolutely recommend Brooke Rental for your wedding. We worked directly with the owner, Jim Brooke, to tent a section of our historic DC reception venue. Jim delivered an elegant tent that was exactly what we had requested. He was able to give us a price that was more than $3,000 less than what Sugar Plum quoted for the exact same basic tent. His folks put the tent up before we arrived and took it down the next day, without even having to contact us. 100% hassle free.

Brooke Rentals did a really good job. We got our tent and dance floor from them for our outdoor wedding. They came two days before the event around noon and set up the tent. It took 4 guys about 8-9 hours to do it. The tent was really nice and it was exactly what I expected.

There was a small discrepancy in our contract -- we ordered three chandeliers for the tent -- not realizing that the tent only had two middle poles from which to hang the chandeliers, so one of them went wasted and we paid a little extra money for nothing. I think someone there should have noticed it and pointed it out to me since I didn't know that the tent only had two poles.

The office seemed like a one-man-show everytime I called, and it was difficult to communicate most of the time. However, the tent turned out perfect. I was kind of suprised it came off so well, but the value for the money was very good. Just make sure you know eexactly what you want.

Brooke Rentals had a great selection of rentals for our wedding at a very affordable rate. Communication wasn't the greatest, our phone calls left us wondering if our order was actually updated. Turns out it was a hit or miss. We ordered additional items after the initial order, but they weren't delivered. We also rented a large wooden archway and it was set up on unstable ground. The archway fell over and broke. Brooke was able to come by the next day (day of the wedding) in the morning to replace it, but didn't call to confirm so that left us a little frazzled. Overall, great selection at affordable prices, but be sure to confirm your order with them.
