Britt was an absolute dream to work with. We worked with Britt for our wedding in Carmel Valley in early August and an engagement shoot earlier this year. It has taken us a while to write this review because we have found it hard to articulate just how grateful we are to Britt and how wonderful she is. Her professionalism, fun-loving nature and her genuine love of her job shined through every moment that we spent with her. She really knew how to put us (two people who aren't all that comfortable with or experienced at posing for professional photographs) at ease, giving us great instructions that produced fantastic photographs. She was very easy and low-maintenance to work with, which we really appreciated given all of the chaos that wedding planning entails.  Also, she expertly navigated a mixed family, providing direction and gentle nudging where needed to make sure that we received a shot of every possible combination of family and friends on our wedding day.  Britt made us feel so comfortable just being ourselves during our engagement shoot and our wedding day. We will cherish her photos for the rest of our lives.

Choosing our wedding photographer was just about as important to us as choosing our wedding date and venue - like any bride and groom, we wanted to have pictures to last a lifetime and allow us to relive our day over and over again, we wanted to feel comfortable and confident with the photographer we chose because she/he would be experiencing the most important day of our lives right along with us, and we wanted to find someone who was able to authentically capture us and our relationship. Britt and her work embody all of these qualities and more - her talent is truly exceptional and she exceeded our expectations in every way. She possesses the perfect balance of being a professional and a friend, being the expert and being open to thoughts and suggestions, and photographing editorial, jaw-dropping moments, while weaving in timeless and traditional shots. Her correspondence and responsiveness was a DREAM, which goes a long way when you're dealing with a ton of different vendors all at once; as any bride/groom know. In addition to our wedding, we had the pleasure of taking our engagement photos with Britt earlier in the year, which I HIGHLY recommend because it helped us get comfortable taking professional photos, it gave us the opportunity to meet and get to know Britt prior to our wedding, and it really made the whole process feel real and magical. Leading-up to our engagement shoot and our wedding, on the day-of, and following, Britt made us feel comfortable, special, confident, and incredibly excited – she was so on top of it every step of the way!! We were truly proud and honored to have Britt…so much so that we hope to have her as our go-to, dedicated photographer for all future milestones to come. We are Britt’s fans for life…and, I promise, you will be, too :).

Britt is absolutely, hands down the best! We have recieved so many compliments on our wedding photos, and most importantly she captured our day and our love better than I could have imagined. We had a small winter wedding, and she made everyone feel so comfortable and look beautiful. Trust me, she will exceed your expectations!

Britt was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We had a more non-traditional colourful rainbow-themed wedding that Britt captured perfectly from start to finish. Everything was so easy the entire day, even our friends and family were in awe of how easy and quick pictures were. I cannot recommend Britt enough! She was incredible!

I'm becoming emotional writing about Brit - she was by far my favorite wedding vendor and I have since recommended her numerous times. From the moment she arrived on my wedding day, my nerves were immediately calmed. Her professionalism is unparalleled, my family and friends were impressed with her speed and ability to move a crowd with ease. I would spend the money over and over again for Brit - she is fun, calming and professional - what more could a nervous bride want? I have her photos all over my home and I love seeing them daily.

Britt was so lovely to work with! She is very talented, and has a beautiful way of framing her shots. We did an engagement shoot with Britt (in our home!) which turned out amazing, and she also shot our rehearsal dinner and wedding. She came highly recommended to us from our planners, and now we see why! Britt is very easy to work with, she has good positive energy, is confident, assertive and kind to everyone. She was never pushy, forceful or rude. She was very receptive to our wants & needs (huge family!) and professional at all times. She remained calm and alert throughout the long wedding day and did not rush us through our photos. I really appreciated her level of care and attention to details. This attention to detail is also evident in her editing. She is thoughtful and doesn't miss a thing! Even with this quality of work, we were impressed with her turn around time... Much quicker than many photographers! Lastly, worth noting, Britt's level of service, care and professionalism extended far after our wedding date. She was so helpful in making sure we could easily download the photos, very communicative and accessible - still to this day! I would highly highly recommend Britt and look forward to working with her again!

Britt not only has an eye to capture the details others may overlook, she puts you at ease the whole time. I distinctly remember her setting up a few shots and thinking to myself that I am no model, this probably looks so awkward and I'm pretty sure I even said it too with a laugh. However, I was pleasantly surprised and glad I just went with it. I fully trusted her throughout the process and the finished photos were nothing short of a dream. In addition to Britt, we had the distinct pleasure of working with Matt as well (dynamic duo!). They work very well together and both have their own creative angle to bring to the day. Their art will become your beautiful collection of still and live memories to reflect back on for years to come.

The moment I met Britt, I became completely at ease and trusted her immediately. Her passion for photography is evident by the way she moves and directs you with the camera. I am someone who has always been uncomfortable in front of the lense and was worried my awkwardness was going to ruin my wedding photos. Oh, and she proved me wrong! Her vision is outstanding! She is smart, quick, and tells you exactly what you need to do to create the most beautiful photos. In addition to her hard work and grace, she truly cares, she is sweet as can be, and knows exactly how to have a good laugh! One thing that I loved about is her that she is very clever... and to me, cleverness is important when it comes to being an artist. My friends and family keep asking me "Who is this incredible photographer?!".
I will always continue to recommend her!

Where do I even start? I really don't know because I don't think there are enough words to explain just how amazing Britt is. Not only is she an extremely talented, creative, and professional photographer, but she is one of the kindest and warmest humans you will meet. From day one, my husband and I were impressed by Britt. Talking to her about our wedding was like talking to a friend. We did both our engagement photos and wedding photos with her and they could not be more beautiful (we just got married on 11/18/17 so we have only seen a few sneak peaks of the wedding day, but they are INSANE!). Britt was honestly such a key part of our wedding day running smoothly. We were having a 3 pm ceremony at the Carmel Mission and even though it was a simple ceremony (lasting about 30 mins.) our reception venue was 20 minutes away with the sun setting at 4:56 pm. Oh, and we were NOT doing a first look. You'd think we were crazy to think we could possibly get all the photos we wanted, but Britt made it work and the best part was we did not feel stressed or rushed at all--I attribute this to Britt being lightening fast and knowing what shot she wants and how to get it. Our second shooter, Matt, was also amazing--my husband told me he and his groomsmen were having a great time with Matt just like the girls and I were loving our time with Britt.

Britt is also very honest and not someone looking to just take your money. When it was time for Britt and Matt to head out (about 40 mins after open dancing had started) I asked if maybe if we should pay for an extra hour. She told me very honestly that she'd be more than happy to but in her opinion, they had all the dance floor photos we needed given that at that point in the night it was going to be the same people on the dance floor being photographed. She was so right and I so appreciated that honesty. I'm running out of space here so I'll just say this--Britt is worth every single penny and more. We adore her!
