Brita was incredibly helpful when it came to accommodating us. My husband decided he wanted a cake only 7 weeks before our wedding after we had decided against it. She was able to arrange for a tasting with our parents (since we were 3000 miles away) and was very helpful. The cake was delivered exactly as requested and it was gorgeous. We had 2 flavors; one was very dry. The other was delicious. I would caution against the vanilla bean and/or champagne. Everything else was perfect.
