I had my hair cut and dyed right before the wedding. I had never done such a drastic cut or dyed my hair before, but Carmela was absolutely incredible. She helped me pick exactly what I wanted and what would also look good. She chit chatted with me a bit and even gave me a discount. I normally HATE going to the salon, but I really enjoyed my experience at Brilliance. I'd never go to any other salon.
