I've loved this bakery every since I was a child, and knew they had to be the ones to make my wedding cake. It came out exactly how I had imagined it, and I could not have been happier with how it looked and tasted! There was no cake left at the end of the night because so many people went back for seconds! :) Also, instead of freezing the top tier of the cake, they offered for us to come back on our 1 year anniversary for a complimentary small cake! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I consider myself a picky cake eater and even more so when it came to my wedding. After a long search for the perfect cake, my fiance and I went to Brieschke's Bakery from a family referral. Our wedding was vintage and therefore had much to do with family values so this was no surprise we found the perfect cake at Brieschke's. Bonnie and her family were great at making my vision become a sweet delight. The four cakes we had varried in flavors, colors, sizes and designs, all of which were beautiful, vintage looking and delicious.-all at an affordable price and made from the heart.

I had to book Brieschke's for my wedding cake, because of their DONUT CAKE! It was the perfect choice for our brunch wedding. Bonnie was excellent to work with, and made my cake just like the picture I showed her on Pinterest. Everyone raved about how delicious and unique our cake was. Couldn't be happier. Plus, if you bring in a picture of your cake, she will make a free one for your one-year anniversary!

Cake is good but place has horrible hours for wedding - they are closed on Saturdays??
