Bought sparklers, lighters, and a send off sign here. Order was delivered quickly. After I ordered, I changed my mind about the design for my send off sign and customer service was responsive and helpful.

Bought the 36” sparklers and a sparkler send off kit with a sign, sparkler tags, and instructions for our guests. Everyone thought it turned out great and I would highly recommend this vendor to other couples.

I was offered a free display kit with purchase of wedding sparklers, I was charged 29.00 for it anyway. I have called 2 different number that I have been able to find, with NO RESPONSE!! I have completed the contact us via email multiple times, with NO REPONSE!!! On the display kit, they put the wrong date of the wedding, which means all the items in that kit are not usable!!!!!I will never use them again!!! You cannot reach anyone!! if you use them, just know you cannot contact with questions or issues.

I ordered sparklers for my daughters wedding and received only half of the order this past Saturday. I have contacted operators who are contracted to answer the phone over 20 times and have emailed numerous times with no response. My daughter‘s wedding is in three days and I have contacted bride envy with no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this company at all. Do not use bride envy

I had to return my (beautiful) sparklers. They were in perfect condition, as were the boxes. I followed the directions for returning. When my shipment arrived at their warehouse, I didn't hear a thing. I attempted to contact the business, but the number procided connects you to people who can only fill out the SAME EXACT form they have online. Customer Service NEVER got back to me (after over 15 attemps) and I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. I am now out over $200 because of this TERRIBLE company.

Better Business Bureau became involved and was unable to contact anyone as well. This company may send sparklers but they take your money and run.
