They are always professional, friendly, helpful. I needed my engagement ring re-sized, they did so without issue, and regularly clean my jewelry for me. After a friend referred them to us, we went to Bridal Rings Co to shop for my engagement ring. They worked within our budget to get us the best diamond possible. We were able to get a great quality diamond at a great value, and I couldn't be happier with my ring! We just went back to shop for our wedding bands, and I really appreciated that they were willing to find out what we liked and to accommodate our requests. When we got engaged, we went to Bridalrings Company after looking around for a while. We are pretty savvy buyers and know our price points and quality. The reviews for the company were so great, we had to take the trip downtown LA. Boy, was the trip worth it! The good reviews don't lie.

George, the salesperson who helped us, is wonderful! I can't say enough good things about him. He is more of an educator and consumer's advocate than a typical salesman. What a gentleman. There was never any pressure for us to buy; George always wanted to ensure our happiness. He was always available to answer my many questions.

We ended up falling in love with a pricey designer ring. Bridalrings designed and created a ring that was prettier at a fraction of the price. The designer ring looks shabby in comparison. George e-mailed us the CAD design and we were able to make adjustments. We were so pleased with the quality, the price, and the top-notch service. We got so much bang for the buck.

We just got married and now I am getting compliments on my ring every where I go. If you don't like that kind of attention, like high pressure sales tactics, or prefer spending a lot of money on lackluster rings, then go elsewhere.

If you have any hang ups about shopping in downtown LA, have no fear. Their location is on an upper level of a nice, secure building. Not the cheapie places on the street level. Jay is the co-owner I believe, that assisted us. We arrived just as they were closing but they allowed us in (smart move). Other shops in the building didn't even greet us as we walked in (too bad for them, lost thousands) since it was close to closing time. They were very patient and we ordered our custom ring that day! I have purchased jewelry from this company before and would never want to spend this type of money anywhere else. All of the consultants are very nice, very helpful and very professional. This is a no stress, no guilt buying expereince. AND their selection is enormous! If you don't stop by to at least compare, you will be kicking yourself later. You get so much more for your money!!!
