I must admit I was nervous in the beginning; my dress was late by weeks and weeks and it did not arrive until 3 weeks prior to the wedding. I thought at that point it would not be ready - but it was! They hurried with alterations (and they were perfect) and the dress was ready the day before the wedding! whew!

This place has the most amazing, Unique...sometimes One of a Kind Dresses!!! Even off the Rack are fantastic!! They may be a little more pricey than say...DAVID'S Bridal...but TRUST ME...I went to davids and Bridal Couture is WAY MORE PERSONABLE and They know who you are when you walk in the door!!

They send off the dresses to be professionally Dry cleaned to a place out of state prior to the wedding because the owner only trusts this person with all of the dresses in his store!!

OH...and make sure you say how much you want to pay, or if you see the dress you want you can talk them down!! We totally did,...and we got the dry cleaning fee waived!! ;-)

I got the most beautiful Ivory Vera Wang dress made out of silk. I purchased it at Bridal Couture and Evening Wear of Scottsdale, which is in the Scottsdale Pavilions off the Loop 101. They were so helpful. From the moment I walked into the store a sales assistant guided me every step of the way. I got personal care, and found the most perfect, beautiful dress!

I would most definitely NOT recommend this service. We had a horrible experience, they didn't order our dress until we called to complain, even though we put down half of the money up front. Skeezy in money practices because first they only took check, then cash. Ordered two sizes too big so that it would be a "extra cloth" size. Then when I took it to an outside alteration they were confused as to why it was SO HUGE.

Although I found an amazing dress and bridesmaids dresses at this location and the price was really affordable. The service I recieved almost ruined my wedding day. The first and second visit were great I was given a lot of assistance in finding mine and my bridesmaids dresses. Howerver the fittings were the worst experiance. They would not correctly fit my bridesmaids to thier dresses and I had to have them go to a different taylor to have them fitted corectly because the seamstress would not make the skirts fit they way I asked because she felt it would not look good. I reminder her this was my wedding not her's but she still refussed. All of my dress were late. At one point they lost my wedding dress and found it two hours before I left to go out of town for my wedding. I almost did not have my dream dress to get married in and I would not recomend that you use thier service to have your dresses fitted. Do go thier to get the dress if you are looking for a great deal but DO NOT TURST THEM WITH YOUR MOST IMPORTANT DRESS OF YOUR LIFE. They had me in tears several times.

DO NOT USE!!!!! They lie about the alterations that are done. They order the wrong size on purpose for bridesmaids so they can make money on extensive alterations. The owner HIDES when you request to speak with him. MY Mother is the most laid back person ever and they even had HER raising her voice. This should be a wonderful memory for you...don't tarnish it with this vendor!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Bridal Couture completely ruined my wedding dress experience. I had to have my dress sent back because they 'forgot' to add the train...it finally came in, 3 weeks before my wedding. I also ordered bridesmaids dresses from them and it was a total disaster. The sample dress that was on the floor was very pretty - made out of a soft silk. When I went to pick up the multiple dresses I ordered, the fabric was nylon (think 1980's sweat suit style). I told the sales girl that the material was completely wrong and that it look so cheap (not worth the $300/dress that I paid). I even went and got the sample from the floor to show her. The owner came out and refused to re-order the dress. I lost my deposit on the dresses and had to find replacements from another store.

THIS IS THE WORST VENDOR FOR WEDDING DRESSES. GO TO TWIRL, THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I heard they are no longer in business and I hope so, but they have been put out before...if they pop up somewhere new DO NOT USE THEM. I bought a BEAUTIFUL dress from them, but that doesn't matter because this business is the WORST place. The sales lady was rude and snotty to my mom!!! She told her to be quiet when she got excited! Then she was rude to me. Even though I found a beautiful dress, I could have ordered it from a different store. I took the stock dress so I got it that day, but I left it there to keep safe. THEN I heard all the horror stories from friends and on the BBB website. So I went to get the dress ASAP. I had ordered a veil that was WAY expensive. It had to be "custom made" which is probably not true. Well they said it would come in two months and they would call me. They never called. So I called them. They always came up with some excuse and often put me on hold forever. I threatened to not pay for it because it took so ridiculously long (they still had the deposit though). I knew I had to pay under contract but I was so pissed. I never got anywhere on the phone so I finally drove down there. That ruffled them a bit and a couple weeks later finally got it. HOWEVER, it was so poorly made and crumply. It had a kink in it we never could get out and I ended up not even using it. It cost $200!!

I hope they stay out of business.

Bridal Couture of Scottsdale ruined my wedding dress experience. I found the most beautiful wedding dress, purchased it, and then came the trouble. Once they have your money in their hands, they stop putting forth effort. They have beautiful products, but they need to in order to mask the ugliness of their business practice and salespeople. I was treated with rudeness and disrespect at least half of the times I was in the store. They sold my dress to another bride with an earlier wedding date than I, and so my dress did not come in until 2 weeks before the wedding. Then, when they altered it, they ruined it because they altered it by taking the easy way out instead of the appropriate way of altering the dress. (they had forced me to order the dress a size larger than I was because they said "you never know" but then when i came back in two weeks before the wedding I was the same size as I had been previously and they had to take the dress in considerably) The back looked horrible and I cried. They did not refund the $800 we had to pay to have the dress altered. By this time, it was only one day before the wedding, and my mom and I took the dress to another shop in hopes that the damage could be repaired, but the other shop said the damage had already been done. In the end, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau due to their behavior, and when they found out, their employee called and rudely argued with me about why I had done this, asking me to "remove my report immediately". It was awful, please do not use this venue. If they have the dress that you want, order it from somewhere else.

Do not use this company.

I no longer have a contact person with that store because of a complaint filed with the attorney general's office. The store attempted to sell me a dress they did not have a contract to sell and then refused to give me back my deposit even though they would be unable to produce a dress. The issue was resolved with the AG office, but please check other review websites, there are hundreds of bad reviews.
