We made the appointment last minute and they fit us in. This was the first stop in dress shopping and I wasn’t expecting to find anything. As soon as we walked in they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone was amazing! So sweet and professional. They treated us so well I can’t recommend this place enough. This is where I found my wedding dress!!

Bridal connection was the second dress fitting appointment that I had. From the moment I walked in, my experience was completely different from the one before. Zoe was absolutely phenomenal! She selected the perfect style of dresses that fit my preference. She was so kind and patient and truly helped my dress shopping experience exceed my expectations. She picked out so many beautiful dresses that it was truly difficult to decide. She finally brought out an absolutely STUNNING dress that left me speechless. She truly saved the best for last!! I highly recommend Bridal Connection if you are looking for a positive overall experience, as well as a choice of beautiful dresses.

I have passed this wedding dress shop for many years on 1604 and I always wanted to go there one day when I got engaged to find my wedding dress. We finally did and I think it was the best experience I could have had! The staff were all super friendly and my consultant, Alissa, was absolutely amazing at helping my find my perfect dress! She slowly pieced together all the parts I liked and found my dream dress. Nazzy, my seamstress did an amazing job altering my dress for my big day. I loved coming in to talk with her and see her progress on the dress!! I love that everything is done at Bridal Connection like the dress shopping, alterations, and preserving of the dress after the wedding. After a bad experience at a previous store, I was dreading dress shopping. I thought I would never find a dress. My friend recommended Bridal Connection and it was nothing but perfect! The ladies at Bridal Connection are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. After having such a horrible experience at a different bridal store, these ladies were able to completely turn the situation around and save my dress and my sanity before my wedding day.

Here is my story:
I had previously purchased a dress from another bridal store and had some alterations done at that same bridal store. The alterations were more than just subpar. My dress was completely botched. The alterations ladies there downplayed their horrible mistakes and made it seem like nothing wrong was done. I left the store in tears because of how awful it looked. I even told them I would have to find another dress. I only had a month before my wedding and I never even received a call from the manager to apologize and try to remedy the situation. I was so upset I even showed my fiancé the dress and ruined the surprise just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. He agreed that the dress was unacceptable and wanted a complete refund. I paid $2,000 in alterations and spent around $8,000 for the dress and veil. I felt completely taken advantage of but I didn’t want to take any legal action and cause even more stress before our wedding. I didn’t think anyone could fix my disaster of a dress so I started looking around for another one. Bridal Connection was my last stop after visiting five other bridal shops. The ladies there were so nice and welcoming. I tried on a few of their beautiful dresses but nothing was quite like the original dress I picked. I showed Angelita, the store manager, my dress and she understood my frustration and sympathized with me. After I explained my horrible experience, she kindly and generously offered to have Nazzy, her alterations specialist, take a look at my dress and see what could be done. The next day I came in and Nazzy was able to asses the damage and come up with a solution. She told me “your dress doesn’t need alterations, it needs plastic surgery!” She also gave me some wise advice that made me feel more at ease. She said to not worry about what had already been done because she didn’t want me to bring that negativity into my marriage. She was going to make it right no matter how much work it was going to take. Nazzy and Angelita gave me so much hope and relief by assuring me that my dress would be fixed. A few alterations appointments later and my dress was not only fixed but a work of art! I felt so beautiful and confident! My situation was truly a blessing in disguise because if it weren’t for my horrible experience I would never have had the pleasure of meeting and working with these wonderful ladies. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.
