We made the appointment last minute and they fit us in. This was the first stop in dress shopping and I wasn’t expecting to find anything. As soon as we walked in they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone was amazing! So sweet and professional. They treated us so well I can’t recommend this place enough. This is where I found my wedding dress!!

It was ANGELITA for me. From the moment I first walked in to the moment I said YES TO THE DRESS. It was ANGELITA for me. She loves what she does. She became my Wedding Dress BFF. I am so glad I got my wedding dress from here!
I have passed this wedding dress shop for many years on 1604 and I always wanted to go there one day when I got engaged to find my wedding dress. We finally did and I think it was the best experience I could have had! The staff were all super friendly and my consultant, Alissa, was absolutely amazing at helping my find my perfect dress! She slowly pieced together all the parts I liked and found my dream dress. Nazzy, my seamstress did an amazing job altering my dress for my big day. I loved coming in to talk with her and see her progress on the dress!! I love that everything is done at Bridal Connection like the dress shopping, alterations, and preserving of the dress after the wedding. Best customer service!
The ladies at Bridal Connection are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. After having such a horrible experience at a different bridal store, these ladies were able to completely turn the situation around and save my dress and my sanity before my wedding day.
Here is my story:
I had previously purchased a dress from another bridal store and had some alterations done at that same bridal store. The alterations were more than just subpar. My dress was completely botched. The alterations ladies there downplayed their horrible mistakes and made it seem like nothing wrong was done. I left the store in tears because of how awful it looked. I even told them I would have to find another dress. I only had a month before my wedding and I never even received a call from the manager to apologize and try to remedy the situation. I was so upset I even showed my fiancé the dress and ruined the surprise just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. He agreed that the dress was unacceptable and wanted a complete refund. I paid $2,000 in alterations and spent around $8,000 for the dress and veil. I felt completely taken advantage of but I didn’t want to take any legal action and cause even more stress before our wedding. I didn’t think anyone could fix my disaster of a dress so I started looking around for another one. Bridal Connection was my last stop after visiting five other bridal shops. The ladies there were so nice and welcoming. I tried on a few of their beautiful dresses but nothing was quite like the original dress I picked. I showed Angelita, the store manager, my dress and she understood my frustration and sympathized with me. After I explained my horrible experience, she kindly and generously offered to have Nazzy, her alterations specialist, take a look at my dress and see what could be done. The next day I came in and Nazzy was able to asses the damage and come up with a solution. She told me “your dress doesn’t need alterations, it needs plastic surgery!” She also gave me some wise advice that made me feel more at ease. She said to not worry about what had already been done because she didn’t want me to bring that negativity into my marriage. She was going to make it right no matter how much work it was going to take. Nazzy and Angelita gave me so much hope and relief by assuring me that my dress would be fixed. A few alterations appointments later and my dress was not only fixed but a work of art! I felt so beautiful and confident! My situation was truly a blessing in disguise because if it weren’t for my horrible experience I would never have had the pleasure of meeting and working with these wonderful ladies. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.

The entire environment was so upbeat and happy the entire time! I loved the employees always ready to help, they listened to the recommendations I made about my dress and shifted towards those ideas. First of all, I love Bridal Connection. Angelita is the sweetest and most amazing consultant. She was so accommodating for my surprise walk in visit. I hate hate hate clothes shopping so my mother and best friend had to bribe me into going dress shopping but I am SO glad they did. Angelita has such an amazing eye for what you're going to fall in love with. I couldn't be happier with what she had picked out for me. I saw her multiple times between then and the wedding as I had to keep sizing my dress down with Jenny who does the alterations. They all remembered me each and every time! They all truly care about their brides and it shows. A big thank you to Bridal Connection. I don't think I would have had such a positive experience anywhere else. Ps: don't listen to bs reviews saying they are not size inclusive, the dresses I tried on ranged from 18-24 and they we're all gorgeous!

My experience here was amazing!! Angelita and her staff all made me feel beautiful and great!! I went in there thinking I wasn't going to find a dress, but she helped me find one I liked.. I said I would come back and when I came back she put me in a new dress that literally made me start crying and thats when I knew that it was the one! The best a girl could ask for
After a bad experience at another bridal store, I was hesitant to go here out of fear of being pressured by consultants again.. when I walked in the doors here, the feeling was extremely different. I walked in with my mother, roommate, and little sister to be welcomed in with open arms and open minds by the sweetest ladies I have ever met. They listened to what I had in mind and showed me some samples. After trying on a few, Angelita asked me if I would take a risk and try something out of my budget. She was confident that I would love it... AND BOY WAS SHE RIGHT. not only did I fall in love with the dress, but I knew that even though it wasn’t in budget I couldn’t see myself getting married in any other dress. They worked with me to put the dress on layaway so I would have time to pay it, and since I started it a month before they had a sale on the dress, they decided to give me the sale price... I can’t thank these wonderful ladies enough for making my dress dreams a reality. ❤️

As Magical As Disney!
I won 75% off a discontinued dress of my choice, and got the most beautiful $1700 gown for $400! Sweet staff, lovely place. They did a virtual appointment with me to show me the gowns I could chose from and I fell in love at first sight, I made the 4 hour drive from Fort Worth to buy it and am excited to make the drive again for alterations, accessories, and bridesmaids! Despite COVID and all the restrictions it caused, I still had a magical and fun “say yes to the dress” day!

Amazing team of consultants! Angelita was My consultant when I went to find my gown. I felt so comfortable and welcomed during my appointment. She pulled a variety of options (dresses I would have never considered!) and thanks to her talented eye for brides and gowns I found my dream gown! I cannot begin to express how amazing this shop is and their team. They were there every step of the way through alterations and had Rafaela, one of their own, go to the church on the day of my wedding to lace up my gown and make sure that it was perfect. I love them and appreciate all that they did to make sure that I looked stunning on my wedding day!

We traveled from Killeen to San Antonio to come see Angelita at Bridal Connection after doing tons of research about plus size bridal. I am extremely busty and was terrified of finding a dress to fit that would flatter and not be inadvertently inappropriate. I researched tons of places and finally contacted Angelita who was friendly and professional from the first phone call and set my mind at ease of finding a dress to fit my body type. Fast forward a few weeks and its time for the appointment. My mother, and one bridesmaid came with and another video chatted in. Angelita was welcoming to all of them and allowed them to pull dresses that they loved as well. We tried on several but found the dress that I fell in love with and felt amazing in. She can dress any body type, so if you have any worries, don't! Please go see her!
When we arrived, Angelita already had dresses pulled and ready to go, we walked in and went right to work. The front of the business is small and I was slightly concerned when walking in, but trust that there is no shortage of options for all body sizes! It opens up to a huge dressing area in the back that had plenty of mirror and lighting options. We also took a walk to the front to see the dress in natural light. While a couple other ladies did come and go during my appointment, it never took away from mine, and honestly, I never even noticed until someone else said something. The kind of attention you get here cannot be matched!

So thankful I came in here! I found my dress and not only did they help me make sure it was the absolute one but they bent over backwards to make me feel wonderful! Love, love, loved my experience and Angelita was amazing. I did go to other shops, but the love and commitment she gave me surpassed them all. Not only was the dress absolutely stunning, she picked the one I went with, and it was on special!!!!

First bridal shop and I found my dress!!!
I walked in thinking I was only going to look at and try on dresses since I have a year and a half till my wedding, but I ended up finding THE dress!!! Angelita was so sweet! Literally the very 1st dress she picked out for me, I said I didn't like the neckline but she said to try it on bc most brides walk in thinking they want a certain thing. AND SHE WAS RIGHT :) I liked all the dresses I tried on and Angelita made sure to show me dresses that were below or close to my budget. My dress was way below my budget so I'll have room for alterations. Loved my experience there and can't wait to get my dress!!!

I made an appointment several days in advance and was asked a few questions about my normal size and what I was looking for in a dress. Once I arrived, Maxie had a few dresses ready for me based on my responses to styles I was looking for when I called to schedule. My room was ready for me and a space was saved for mom/BFF. She was great about honoring my budget and making sure I was trying on what I liked. Maxie was extremely helpful on every aspect of my appointment from getting dressed to what to expect with the steps that come after finding a dress. I would highly recommend Bridal Connection to others and was especially appreciative of Maxie's help & expertise.

Today I visited Bridal Connection and it is the best experience! My consultant was Angelita and she is amazing! When I got there she had dresses pulled for me and she did stray out of my budget what’s so ever!! When we got there there was another bride who got their appointments mixed up but Angelita was very professional and made it work with us both there! I’m the dresses she pulled I was able to find my dream wedding dress! She was able to help me with changing the straps and helped me customize the perfect veil! I had just gotten engaged and was out visiting my best friend who had just moved to San Antonio. We decided to have some fun and "just look" at some dresses. Little did we know, the first store we went to was very rude and said we needed to have an appt. We called Bridal Connection to see if it was true everywhere and they were so sweet and said they prefer we had an appt but come on over she would be happy to show us some dresses. My mom and I went dress shopping today just for fun with the thought of trying on a few dresses just to see what I liked, and I ended up finding the dress I will marry my best friend in! She has been communicating with me via countless emails trying to fit my needs. I have tried on over 50 dresses at many different stores but I always came back to Bridal Connection. Angelita would always update me when new arrivals came. She even put together a quote for me on how much a custom dress would cost, and gave me other options to stay in my budget. Bridal Connection and specifically, Angelita, went above and beyond to assist me with my first (and hopefully only) wedding meltdown. Unfortunately, my five bridesmaids dresses were ordered through another local store that was shut down before I received them. With a little over 2.5 months until my wedding it would be cutting it close to order five more dresses, not to mention very costly when I had just lost money on the first order. I was in a panic and trying to make sense of where my money was and what to do. I began contacting many local stores and Angelita was the first to respond (after business hours also). She was just who I needed to talk to when I felt like I couldn't trust any other store. Her customer service is fantastic! She offered to work with the dress company and reorder the original dresses for me or to assist me with looking at dresses she had in the store that could possibly be discounted for me. Within less than 48 hours of speaking with her, I had 5 dresses in my hands that I absolutely love and can't wait to see my Bridesmaids in! Bridal Connection did not have to make up for the mistakes of the other store owner, but they did and without hesitation. Out of all the Bridal Shop booths at the Wedding Expo I attended, Bridal Connection at Stone Oak stood out the most! They were friendly, helpful, and super encouraging. My daughter was having a hard time finding a wedding dress in Houston. She came to San Antonio and we went to Bridal Connection. Rafaela and the staff worked diligently to get her the perfect dress for her wedding! As soon as I walked in Angelita was very welcoming and knew exactly what she was talking about. I told her what I wanted and she immediately started pulling dresses. We arrived early and she was ready to start and when I stated some of my family hadn't arrived she was very understanding and let me wait to start. I then found the one! The whole time during my appointment I never felt forced to buy or try on a dress. Even after I chose the one she left me try it on multiple times just to make sure. Even when I went back to the store to purchase it she asked if I wanted to try it on again (of course I did). Point being I had not visited a shop yet where they had what I wanted and actually helped me understand designers/dresses. Throughout each dress I tried on she explained as to why she likes it what design it was and why it looked nice on me. It was just all around great. I do still have to go back for a fitting and some customs made sleeves but I hope he experience continues to be GREAT !

I ended up buying the third dress I tried on and this was my first bridal shop visit. Angelita has great vision and picked several good options for me. While I was there we also found the perfect bridesmaids dresses. My mom even got her dress her. They kept us updated on when our orders would arrive and had a seamstress they worked with.

We were running early from a previous appointment, and when I called to see if we could come in a bit early, they were very accommodating. The ladies here definitely go above and beyond the call of duty. When we realized the dress I loved wouldn't be in until AFTER my wedding they did everything in their power to find a way to get it here in time. They asked me to just pray and give them the weekend, so I agreed. They called me Monday morning to let me know they were able to contact the company, get them to pull my dress and have it sent to me in about a month. Additionally they aren't charging me rush shipping, or even standard shipping! Aside from bending over backwards to make my dreams come true, they are just genuinely nice people! Their dresses are also far more beautiful than anything I saw elsewhere. Don't waste your time looking at other bridal shops, this will be your only stop.

Let me just start off by saying... I am ridiculously picky! I was starting to feel like a crazy bride-unable to find a dress for my special day. I went to all the bridal stores in San Antonio!Except one- that was a consignment store, I believe. I was seriously loosing hope because every bridal store I went to seemed as though the sales ladies didn't understand what I was looking for even though I had pictures of dresses in all the same styles. Then finally, I heard about Bridal Connections. I decided to just go in and look around- I did not have an appointment. The store is a bit smaller but the dresses they have are stunning. It seemed as though they had been very specific to select only those that stood out. I was immediately greeted by Trisean- she was absolutely wonderful and said that even though I didn't have an apt she'd love to help me find what I was looking for. She asked if I had a vision for the dress I was hoping get married in, so I showed her pictures and explained what details I liked about each dress. She immediately showed me a dress and asked if it was what I meant. I was surprised how spot on she got it on the first try-all dropped waist like I was looking for AND she explained how an illusion neckline could be added or how things could be altered. She was so knowledgable and knew exactly what to pull for me to try on. Finally, I tried on 2 illusion neckline dresses that I LOVED! I am so incredibly thankful that I came to this store and found my dress!

This was the very first boutique I went to, to find my dress and I couldn't of been anymore happier (still till this day) about this shop. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she found it in the first round! That's right first dress and I was in love! They helped my whole wedding party feel like family and everyone was so courteous. I appreciate the help they gave me in also referring the seamstress Jeanne (she is perfect at what she does). If your looking for amazing customer service and care this is the one stop shop!

Trisean was so great! She was able to help me find the perfect dress right away. I tried on 6 dresses, and the very first dress I put on was the one. She had me try on others to be sure I was confident in my choice. T made sure to even teach my sister how to flush my dress for the day of the wedding and was very great at explaining every detail of the next steps from ordering to alterations to even how to transport my dress. I would recommend Bridal Connection and Trisean to everyone!

This was seriously an amazing experience. They make every moment special, from the yes/no paddles to the water that's offered. T'risean helped me find the PERFECT dress. They were so helpful I ended up picking bridesmaid dresses the first trip!! I highly, highly recommend this shop!!!
The best part is the picture at the end after you have found your dress!!

Absolutely loved them! Angelita was so helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted and she pulled a dress that I fell in love with. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed and the selection is wonderful. You will not be disappointed if you go here!

The Bridal Connection was absolutely wonderful in helping me find the perfect dress! Now living in Tennessee and only having a few days in Texas to look for dresses with my mom and best friend made this a time sensitive adventure. Angelita was the most kindhearted associate. She was incredibly patient with me, she took the time to really listen to what I liked and had dresses ready for me to try on when I arrived. She was also very conscious of my price point; she was sure I didn't try on any dresses that were over my budget. I ended up walking away with the perfect dress and veil for our destination wedding. I can't thank the Bridal Connection enough for making this such a pleasant, stress free experience!

I went in to order my daughters wedding dress and had a wonderful experience. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. My daughter was unable to go with me but they were able to work with that. Thank you bridal connection for all your help. Best bridal shop in the area.

I was taken care of so well at Bridal Connection! They exceeded my expectations and made sure that I was 100% happy with my dress. This shop is heaven sent. Amanda and Angelita were so incredibly helpful and I found the most GORGEOUS dress for my wedding. Don't waste your time with other shops- the service here is unparalleled.

I had the pleasure of working with Angelita. She was AMAZING from the start. I went in wanting a certain kind of dress but she helped me go outside of my comfort zone and I'm so incredibly happy that she did because I went a completely different route with the dress I ended up choosing. This was my first stop to get my dream gown and I am so happy it was! The ladies at this store couldn't have been more supportive or helpful! Even after you find that dream dress every time you go in for a fitting they make you feel like you said yes to the dress all over again! I would honestly recommend them to everyone!

The ladies at Bridal Connection made me feel so special and made my experience so much fun. Angelita was so sweet and helpful over the phone before I even came in to try on dresses, and Tristan and Rafaela were absolutely wonderful during my appointments at Bridal Connection. Trisean ended up getting me to try on a dress (a ballgown) that I would never have thought I would have liked just from seeing it on the hanger - and it ended up being "the one!!!!" I was so impressed with how she was able to look beyond the styles I had originally only wanted to try on and find something that was just so "me," even though I had only known her for an hour! Rafaela was so sweet and helped me find the perfect solution to the strict dress code required for the church I will be married in. For incredible service and expertise from the staff and a beautiful selection of dresses, I would recommend Bridal Connection to any bride-to-be.

There was NO comparison to Bridal Connection! Angelita was AMAZING! I love how she picked out all the dresses for me to try on and even though I went in wanting a ball gown, she helped step out of my comfort zone and I ended up going a completely different direction and choose a fit and flare! I am so in love with my dress and could not have dreamt up anything better.

This is an amazing bridal shop! Angelita is the absolute best! I would recommend this place to any bride. Not only does the shop have beautiful, but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. I definitely felt like a priority to them, I never felt pressured, and they did not make me feel obligated to make a purchase. This was actually the most exciting part of my wedding planning.

If you're going to go to a bridal shop, this is where you need to go! Angelita was so helpful and customer service focused. She listened to my likes and dislikes and pulled a beautiful dress for me to try on. My mother and sister will be returning with me to try on the one she picked and the one I originally came in to try on. If they'd have been with me today I definitely would have said "yes to the dress!"

My entire experience with Bridal Connection has been above and beyond five star service!
As a newly engaged bride, I stumbled upon Bridal Connection by chance. I had no idea what I was looking for in dress, in fact I thought the entire idea of looking and trying on wedding dresses was completely overwhelming. I remember Ralph taking time to show the great quality of the materials and styles of all her dresses. Still not knowing exactly what I wanted or what I liked I began flipping through a Mori Lee catalog where I happened to find a dress I fell in love with! Bridal Connection had a great selection of similar dresses for me to try on, all of which I liked, but of course I wanted to try on the dress I had seen in the catalog. Angelita was so patient and accommodating as she went above and beyond to combine several dresses to show me examples of what my "dream dress" might look like. After trying on a countless number of dresses, feeling tired and a little discouraged, I took a few days to gather my thoughts. Angelita really has a passion to meet the needs of all her brides and she reassured my feelings by sending me a very thoughtful email the next day. A few days later I decided to take the leap of faith and ordered the dress in the catalog! There was a minor glitch in the check-out process that was completely out of the hands of Bridal Connection, but they took ownership of the occurrence and compensated me in another item I was going to purchase.
I can't thank Bridal Connection and their entire staff enough for all their professionalism, time, and passion in all they do--my dress was more beautiful than what I had seen in the catalog. To top it off, Bridal Connection made sure my dress would arrive in time so I could show it to my grandmother after my bridal shower (which meant the world to me)!
I would recommend Bridal Connection to any bride, especially those like me who have no idea where to start. Bridal Connection does the hard work for you!
