  Exceptional!

  I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Bridal Connection Stone Oak. Being that I walked in with no appointment and no clue on where to start they made the process so easy, fast, and truly comforting. Zoe helped me during my initial visit and during Randy Fenoli's trunk show. She knew exactly what I liked as well as my budget for my second visit so that I wasn't overwhelmed. The wedding industry can be rude, prejudiced, biased, and down-right cruel. But, the staff and welcoming environment made this a special experience for me and my bridesmaids. Thanks again to Bridal Connection at Stone Oak!

  It was ANGELITA for me. From the moment I first walked in to the moment I said YES TO THE DRESS. It was ANGELITA for me. She loves what she does. She became my Wedding Dress BFF. She made the process smooth and seamless and as a first time plus size bride she helped me feel comfortable and eased all nervousness. I'd recommend Bridal Connection Stone Oak to all brides to be.   Bridal connection was the second dress fitting appointment that I had. From the moment I walked in, my experience was completely different from the one before. Zoe was absolutely phenomenal! She selected the perfect style of dresses that fit my preference. She was so kind and patient and truly helped my dress shopping experience exceed my expectations. She picked out so many beautiful dresses that it was truly difficult to decide. She finally brought out an absolutely STUNNING dress that left me speechless. She truly saved the best for last!! I highly recommend Bridal Connection if you are looking for a positive overall experience, as well as a choice of beautiful dresses.

  AMAZING experience and A once in a lifetime experience.

  Most fun experience ever

  The entire environment was so upbeat and happy the entire time! I loved the employees always ready to help, they listened to the recommendations I made about my dress and shifted towards those ideas. There was not a moment I wasn’t smiling. And of course Randy just made everything 10X better than I could’ve ever imagined. Wouldn’t trade that experience for the world.

  Angelita is amazing, I didn’t bother going to any other bridal store in SA because I knew she would take care of me the way she did my sister! Everyone has been so friendly to not just me but any guests I bring with me to try on dresses. I will always and only recommend bridal connection , THATS how good the service is here!

  I am so glad I got my wedding dress from here!

  I have passed this wedding dress shop for many years on 1604 and I always wanted to go there one day when I got engaged to find my wedding dress. We finally did and I think it was the best experience I could have had! The staff were all super friendly and my consultant, Alissa, was absolutely amazing at helping my find my perfect dress! She slowly pieced together all the parts I liked and found my dream dress. Nazzy, my seamstress did an amazing job altering my dress for my big day. I loved coming in to talk with her and see her progress on the dress!! I love that everything is done at Bridal Connection like the dress shopping, alterations, and preserving of the dress after the wedding. Thank you to everyone there that helped me through my process of my wedding dress and making my wedding day special!

  After a bad experience at a previous store, I was dreading dress shopping. I thought I would never find a dress. My friend recommended Bridal Connection and it was nothing but perfect! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and felt so comfortable. I was never rushed and after just a few dresses and listening to what I wanted, she found “the” one. I will be forever thankful. Highly recommend!!!

  Best customer service!

  The ladies at Bridal Connection are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. After having such a horrible experience at a different bridal store, these ladies were able to completely turn the situation around and save my dress and my sanity before my wedding day.
  
  Here is my story:
  I had previously purchased a dress from another bridal store and had some alterations done at that same bridal store. The alterations were more than just subpar. My dress was completely botched. The alterations ladies there downplayed their horrible mistakes and made it seem like nothing wrong was done. I left the store in tears because of how awful it looked. I even told them I would have to find another dress. I only had a month before my wedding and I never even received a call from the manager to apologize and try to remedy the situation. I was so upset I even showed my fiancé the dress and ruined the surprise just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. He agreed that the dress was unacceptable and wanted a complete refund. I paid $2,000 in alterations and spent around $8,000 for the dress and veil. I felt completely taken advantage of but I didn’t want to take any legal action and cause even more stress before our wedding. I didn’t think anyone could fix my disaster of a dress so I started looking around for another one. Bridal Connection was my last stop after visiting five other bridal shops. The ladies there were so nice and welcoming. I tried on a few of their beautiful dresses but nothing was quite like the original dress I picked. I showed Angelita, the store manager, my dress and she understood my frustration and sympathized with me. After I explained my horrible experience, she kindly and generously offered to have Nazzy, her alterations specialist, take a look at my dress and see what could be done. The next day I came in and Nazzy was able to asses the damage and come up with a solution. She told me “your dress doesn’t need alterations, it needs plastic surgery!” She also gave me some wise advice that made me feel more at ease. She said to not worry about what had already been done because she didn’t want me to bring that negativity into my marriage. She was going to make it right no matter how much work it was going to take. Nazzy and Angelita gave me so much hope and relief by assuring me that my dress would be fixed. A few alterations appointments later and my dress was not only fixed but a work of art! I felt so beautiful and confident! My situation was truly a blessing in disguise because if it weren’t for my horrible experience I would never have had the pleasure of meeting and working with these wonderful ladies. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.

  Magical Experience

  I had the best experience. The whole team made me feel beautiful and so so special! I could’ve left with 10 different dresses they were all beautiful! I attended the Randy trunk show and couldn’t have had a better experience. Not only did they have amazing dresses but the team is what put the boutique over the edge! I would 10000% recommend!

  Deepest Devotion Trunk Show

  Had a very pleasant visit and was my very first bridal shop to visit and I am very excited that I was able to select my dress on my first visit. I was very much looking forward to the trunk show, because I was excited about meeting Randy Fenoli and the experience was amazing and I cannot thank y’all enough for the amazing work in helping me make a dress selection!   As Magical As Disney!

  I won 75% off a discontinued dress of my choice, and got the most beautiful $1700 gown for $400! Sweet staff, lovely place. They did a virtual appointment with me to show me the gowns I could chose from and I fell in love at first sight, I made the 4 hour drive from Fort Worth to buy it and am excited to make the drive again for alterations, accessories, and bridesmaids! Despite COVID and all the restrictions it caused, I still had a magical and fun “say yes to the dress” day!

  My experience here was amazing!! Angelita and her staff all made me feel beautiful and great!! I went in there thinking I wasn't going to find a dress, but she helped me find one I liked.. I said I would come back and when I came back she put me in a new dress that literally made me start crying and thats when I knew that it was the one! I have never been as happy as I was in that dress! Angelita was very comforting and explained everything nicely! She makes you feel at home!!! I am so happy that I was able to find the dress of my dreams! The experience was great! The staff was so helpful in finding my dream dress!! I definitely recommend Bridal Connection if you're needing a fancy formal dress of any kind!!! Thank you to everyone! Also I can't wait to pick it up!!

  Don't go anywhere else!

  This store saved my exhausting day of not finding a dress. Sophia was immediately on it from the time our appointment started and found me the perfect dress. She never waivered in her support and kindness, even when I had trouble picking between two dresses. I would recommend them as a first stop for any bride.
