I can’t say enough good things about Bridal Atelier. From the moment I stepped into the shop Rachel listened to what I wanted and knew my vision even better than I did myself. Deb was an amazing seamstress and made my dress fit like a glove. I cannot say more positive things about this shop and it’s staff. If you’re looking for an all around amazing wedding dress experience I HIGHLY recommend taking a trip here. I would recommend it to all!!💕💕💕

I feel so incredibly lucky that I worked with Bridal Atelier Montclair for my wedding. My largest anxiety in wedding planning was finding the right dress. I was convinced it would take me forever and that nothing would be right. Once I walked into Bridal Atelier Montclair all this anxiety was gone and replaced with excitement. Rachel and her team, including Courtney who I cannot rave enough about, gave me such individualized attention so I felt incredibly confident on my wedding day in the perfect dress for me. They heard and supported my style, provided no pressure, demonstrated a clear passion for the wedding dress industry, and showed support and care through the process.

Bridal Atelier Montclair was the first location I went to look for a dress. I was a ball of anxiety but having a one-on-one appointment with incredible Courtney made that anxiety slip away. Courtney was not just trying to sell me a dress; Courtney was a clear artist with a love of wedding dresses and a desire for me to find the perfect dress for ME. She heard what I envisioned and was excited to help me find that vision. I picked out a beautiful Dana Harel dress that fit my unique vision. It did not have a train and I felt that missing detail was important to feel "bridal". Courtney helped sketch out what a potential train could look like with enthusiasm for this challenge. Courtney and Rachel went straight to the designer to create the dream dress I wanted for my wedding. There was no frustration or hesitation from their team; they simply made it happen.

As I started to plan my wedding color scheme and think about my bridesmaids, I reached out to Courtney for any advice hoping not to be a bother to her. Courtney enthusiastically responded and even created a Pinterest board to help my process. As someone who is not artistic and of course new to the wedding process this was incredibly helpful and so kind.

I met Rachel when I went to try on my dress one more time to confirm I did indeed love it. Rachel was patient, kind, understanding, and clearly knew every detail about her field. She reassured me with compassion.

Rachel clearly articulated when my dress should arrive prior to my wedding and created a fitting plan so I had my dates way in advance. With wedding planning in full mode, having a schedule was beyond helpful. Rachel was present at every fitting and provided expert advice and insight. Deb altered my dress to perfection. She was meticulous with every detail. Fittings were also scheduled individually, which made me feel like all my needs were met. Courtney popped by to see how my dress came to life, which was such a testament to her love of the craft.

I received so many compliments on my unique wedding dress from people who were at and not at my wedding. Bridal Atelier Montclair made that happen.

Wedding planning is stressful, Rachel and her team at Bridal Atelier Montclair made one of the possibly most stressful parts a joy and an incredible memory of the process. I'm incredibly grateful for them.

Where to begin? I absolutely love Bridal Atelier Montclair. My sister got her dress here, and as her MOH I attended almost all of her appointments and loved getting to know everyone at the salon including Rachel, Kaelyn and Deb. When I got engaged about a year later, Bridal Atelier was of course the first dress appointment I made! I absolutely LOVED a dress I tried on at my first appointment, but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger and never felt pressured by anyone at the salon to do so. I had also made appointments at a few NYC salons including Kleinfeld because I wanted that experience and I wanted to do my research. But, I got home from those appointments a week later and immediately called Bridal Atelier Montclair to purchase my gown over the phone. And I'm so glad I did. Because this salon has such a personal touch and makes the experience so amazing start to finish. When trying on gowns you are the only person in the entire salon. They ask you thoughtful, important questions like "How does this dress make you feel" instead of "Do you like this dress?" They truly care about you and your vision for the most important day of your life. I also went back for an accessory appointment and purchased a veil and a topper at the salon, and I have to say the salon has a wonderfully curated selection of designers and accessories. I searched far and wide for a topper to compliment my dress, and ended up finding my dream lace Caroline Castigliano topper at Bridal Atelier Montclair.

An added bonus - I can't express how amazing Deb and the alterations team are. Many bridal salons send you elsewhere for alterations, so this is really an amazing benefit that they do alterations in house. I had somewhat of a complicated gown with the topper that I wore only for the ceremony. The alterations for my dress were absolute perfection. They created a beautiful bustle for the gown, shortened the sleeves on my delicate topper and sewed in seams to my dress for the topper to hook into. They thought of every detail and the execution was flawless.

When I went with my mom and sister to pick up my gown, we joked that we wish there was another daughter in our family to go through the entire process with again at Bridal Atelier Montclair because we will miss them so much! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

Rachel and the entire team at Bridal Atelier Montclair are absolutely amazing! The entire experience made me feel so special and like the team really cared about me. BAM was my first and last stop looking for a wedding dress! I loved the intimate experience at the salon-- it really makes looking for dresses feel special. Rachel and her team made sure my dress fit me PERFECTLY and were so helpful and communicative in making sure that everything was wonderful. I cannot recommend Bridal Atelier Montclair enough!

Rachel and her team are absolutely wonderful!! I found Bridal Atelier Montclair when looking for boutiques that carry Flora Bridal gowns, and the moment I stepped into the store, I knew I'd be saying "yes to the dress." Rachel was warm and welcoming, making sure everyone in my party was comfortable and involved while I was trying on dresses. And the selection of dresses was truly stunning. After going to at least 5 other places and not finding a single dress I loved, I actually fell in love with 2 dresses that day!!

I also did my dress alterations here and the process was seamless (no pun intended!). My dress arrived fitting perfectly everywhere but the bust (which was to be expected), but they were able to take it in so it fit me live a glove. I also purchased my jewelry here and it was perfect!! Highly, highly recommend to any bride-to-be!

I could truly never have imagined a better experience picking out my wedding dress than at Bridal Atelier. Rachel and the team at Bridal Atelier are so amazing to work with. When I first started to look I was unsure of what I wanted, but Rachel helped pick the perfect dresses for me to try. The dresses at Bridal Atelier are so stunning and there is really something for everyone. My family, friends, and I had the whole Bridal Salon to ourselves each time I came in to try on my dress and do all of the fittings. We felt so comfortable and at home every time we came in. Bridal Atelier is THE BEST. If you want to have a one of a kind experience finding the perfect dress you need to come here!

Rachel's team is amazing! Such a pleasure to work with and it was such a fun journey with them getting my dress / alterations / fittings. They have such a beautiful selection. Wedding plans got crazy with COVID etc and my work schedule is not accommodating - they were so understanding through the whole process. Can't thank them enough! Rachel and her team are amazing!!!! I had to find a dress during mid-july right in the heat of COVID. Since they are a smaller shop this worked out perfectly!! One bride at a time and you can try everything on (which is what I did. I went to a few bridal shops before landing on this one, I was looking for a very simple and sleek dress. Rachel did her absolute best pulling every Anne Barge dress so I can try them- I ended up finding the most perfect dress/cape/veil. My entire wedding was raving about the dress!!!!!! Highly recommend this shop!!! Thank you soo much!!!!

Rachel and her team at Bridal Atelier are phenomenal--professional, warm and kind, and very competent. From the beginning, Rachel curated gowns that fit my body type and she was able to order my dress on a shorter timeline when many other shops laughed at me for suggesting I had 7 months. That said, we had to cancel our wedding because of the pandemic and there were a few months where our plans were completely up in the air; Rachel and her team were reassuring, flexible, and made me feel like I was in control and things would work out. The dress itself is spectacular and fit perfectly (her seamstress is great) which speaks to Rachel's eye for unique designers and details. Highly recommend Bridal Atelier Montclair!
