Alexis has played a pivotal role in assisting me with the meticulous planning of a private event for 100 women from three different countries. Her unwavering commitment to precision and her relentless pursuit of an unparalleled event experience have been nothing short of extraordinary. With her exceptional expertise in event production, she has surpassed all expectations, elevating the event to new heights. This is the first time I have hired an event planner and Alexis has established an exceptionally high standard that will be challenging to surpass.

Alexis was KEY to making sure our wedding went off without a hitch! I was living in Costa Rica while my soon-to-be wife was thrust into full planning mode by herself—- then in walks Alexis. Hiring her was the best thing we could have done to have an incredible wedding. Alexis had weekly meeting with us via zoom and even helped by making a checklist-contacting vendors-walking the venue early- and making sure my wife had everything set-up for a flawless day. On the day of the wedding Alexis kept the timeline running, reminded us of special things we wanted to do (you end up being very forgetful on your wedding day), and even ordered our Uber for the end of the night/grand exit. It was incredible. Alexis was the best money spent for our wedding!

I cannot say enough to thank Alexis (Karis) for making my husband and I's wedding day an absolute dream. Especially the wedding planning! All green flags from Alexis from the first time we spoke: She is extremely detail oriented, makes sure herself and the bride mesh well before moving forward with booking to make sure it's a good fit, and ensured she would go above and beyond to keep our line of communication open always during wedding planning. Let me say, she exceeded all expectations a bride could really have throughout the year and a half we worked together. I did not initially plan to hire a coordinator, but boy am I glad I did. I genuinely felt like I had a friend helping me wedding plan every little detail. On the wedding day, I barely did a thing other than get ready! Alexis was ON TOP of it. Even though wedding planning is a notoriously stressful season, I genuinely missed our meetings because she was such a joy.
Again, I can't brag on her enough. If you're wondering if you need a wedding planner/ coordinator, do it!!!!
