The staff and food were excellent. The venue was the best. With the landscape, my wedding was everything I dreamed.

Brenner's was an excellent venue, they made my day perfect and stress free handling linens, chairs, and offering options for many vendors all via email. Beautiful setting and great service, we received so many compliments. Thank you to the entire Brenners team for making our day perfect!

We loved the venue, the food, and the staff. I would definitely choose to do wedding here again hands down!

The only issues that we had was with communication between wedding coordinator and staff. The day of wedding, I had to tell the staff that the setup inside the restaurant was not correct. Even though they changed as soon as they could, it took more time than expected. Our photographer was going to be showing up soon so we were scrambling to get the room ready at the last minute. Setup outside at gazebo was also challenging, The extra table that we requested for sand ceremony and three chairs for string trio was not setup outside either. We had to explain what we needed to staff and again, they were very flexible but this contributed to more delays in setup...
Finally, when we arrived to the Loft after Ceremony, the iPhone connection for music was not working. We had to be without music for over an hour while staff and groom were trying to make it work.
These details should have been avoided if wedding coordinator was present. Otherwise, she was very accommodating and answered our questions before event very fast.

Again, the staff was amazing, the food delicious, and guests were very happy. Except for music, no one noticed the other problems but we were stressed out about missing details.

Value for venue is great!

Brenner's on the Bayou was the perfect venue for our wedding. You forget you are in a big city lost amongst the bayou and beautiful gardens. We had our ceremony and reception there. We took advantage of the fact that they have no brunch or lunch on Saturdays and had our wedding in the morning and into the afternoon. We had the entire venue to ourselves. The food was AMAZING and extremely affordable. Thank you Brenner's!!!

Brenner's on the Bayou was a gorgeous setting for our wedding. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that Brenner's allowed other guests of the restaurant to use our private bathroom. While I was trying to put my wedding dress on and my make-up and take pictures, the Brenner's hostesses were sending patrons upstairs to the private dining area to use the restroom. I felt this was very inconvenient to us and our guests. The food and service was amazing and it made the other issue almost comical. I would highly recommend Brenner's but make sure you are aware of this issue and if they are planning any "lawn" parties for your wedding weekend.
