Hired them for our wedding and was highly disappointed in the process & outcome. Communication was horrible, barely existing at that and time lines given on contract were not at all met! Have to say this is the only vendor that caused us stress throughout or wedding planning and did not complete what was promised on contract. Would definitely not recommend their services or hire them again!

Before my wedding,

Be careful when booking this company. I put a deposit down and signed a contract with them in September for a photo booth for my wedding. They did not have a copy of the contract that day at a bridal expo and he stated that he will email me a copy. I took a picture of it with my phone (thank god) but I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have called 2 times and left a message and even emailed with no reply. Hopefully I will be able to get a hold of them before my wedding

Update since my wedding on May 7, 2016

I am still incredibly disappointed with this company. They told me that I would be contacted (several times) a month before my wedding to pay the remainder balance on my photobooth and select what I want to be on my photos. I was never contacted and attempted to contact them through phone and email with no response. Once again I had to contact my venue, Mountain Meadows, in order to get a phone call, and this was 2 weeks before my wedding. I was able to choose my picture design and message through email but was never able to meet to pay and finalize everything. Overall the photobooth was very popular, but they left so early and many of my guests were unable to use it, including me and my husband. If we would have met earlier like we were supposed to then I would have paid for an extra hour or 2. Also I had to write him a check in the middle of my wedding since we were unable to meet before to get it paid.

Overall I am very upset with this company. I was also told that i would get copies of the photobooth pictures but I doubt that I will ever see them. I'm shocked that Mountain Meadows would promote this company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
