Bon captured our day and made everyone feel comfortable. The photos are gorgeous and everyone loved them!

My husband and I got married in Sedona mid May and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding celebration. What made it even more special is that Bon managed to capture it in the most beautiful way.

From the moment I first looked at her website I knew she would be the one photographer for us.
Communication with Bon her was amazing, she was very responsive and helpful.
We loved her energy and everyone in our wedding party thought she was great.
When we received the photos both my husband and I were blown away. Not only did we receive a large selection of photos in our gallery, but all shots were incredibly beautiful.
We could not have asked for a better outcome and the photos exceeded all expectations.
It was a hot and windy day and you’d never be able to tell from the photos. Her instructions were very welcome as I am not naturally good as posing :)
I am so glad we listened to Bon and shot into the sunset, the lighting could not have been better.

If you splurge on one thing for your wedding, it should be the photos. And the photos should be amazing. Bon does not disappoint. The first thing that will strike you is her energy. It's calm and positive, yet enthusiastic. She knows her light and she knows how to direct you and make you feel at ease. She showed up early, did not rush us and was a dream to work with. My photos turned out so good they were editorial level. I am obsessed!

She was amazing and so was her assistant! They picked a perfect spot for our engagement pictures. They were timely and personable as well. The photos came out amazing!

Bon Miller was pushy, inconsiderate, defensive, and overall ruined our wedding day experience with her terrible attitude. She was the single person who ruined a year's worth of planning because she refused to apologize when I told her that I was upset with her pushy behavior. Because I had to fire her while in my wedding dress, we did not have enough witnesses for our elopement almost 30 minutes before our wedding.

Bon acted like a relaxed go with the flow person on the phone, but in person she was upset that we were early and I started to dress without her. She arrived early and blocked my husband out of our own driveway by parking her truck sideways then talking with him just as he pulled up to convince him to take photos at a location she preferred instead of letting him in the house so he could get dressed. We texted her that the location she chose was too difficult to get to and we found a new one within a 5 minute drive. She replied via text saying, "Awesome." Yet after she was done pressuring my husband who needed that time to get dressed and finish writing out his vows, she came to me as I was getting buttoned up in my wedding dress. She stood in front of me and went on and on talking about other weddings she did and this other location as I was getting in my wedding dress. It was supposed to be a special moment for me and she didn't even bother to take a single photo. Instead she pushed her agenda and I had to tell her as I was getting dressed that we already told her where we wanted to go. She abruptly left the room and I told the makeup artist who graciously helped me in my dress how overwhelming that was. I then heard Bon Miller knock on my husband's door next door. She was bothering him again to talk about things instead of just letting him get dressed. I asked my stylist if she could tell her to not bother him before she left. I then hear a loud conversation outside of Bon just chatting for a long time. All we wanted was some peace, space and a little time to get ready. We were right on time but I wanted to clear the air with Bon so I could carry out my wedding day without feeling upset with her overwhelming and pushy presence.

I asked her into my dressing room and explained to her that I was upset. She said go on say what's on your mind then would interrupt me later as I tried to explain. When I told her that I felt like she was pressuring me at a really important moment, she instantly became defensive and said that she felt disrespected that I didn't follow her schedule and got dressed before she could take photos of us. I said that I didn't appreciate that she was going tit for tat and she didn't want to apologize for trying to push her agenda of photo locations she preferred. I also told her that taking photos before first looks was her itinerary and not one we all agreed on.

I asked her why didn't she just take photos as I was getting my dress on. She said" I thought you didn't care." I said I care about everything what are you talking about it's my wedding day. She acted like because it wasn't done on her schedule, it wasn't important to me to get a photo taken. I had to have my stylist button me and didn't want to make her wait until Bon arrived because Bon was scheduled to arrive later. I wasn't going to be rude and ask someone to wait just to schedule around the photographer. But she was there so it didn't make sense why she didn't just take a photo. Instead she tried to force me to change photography locations on the spot. Bon made a bunch of excuses during our argument and I was shocked by how tightly wound and unapologetic she was.

She literally accused me of trying to take her professionalism away from her, she said I was 1% of brides and she usually feels pressured, she said, " I can't read minds." and I told her you didn't have to, we texted you exactly what we wanted to do and it's your job to take photos of wedding moments. She said, "You're text was just like the 200 other texts I get." And I reminded her that we were her only couple for the entire day. She made up all these excuses and never once apologized knowing that I was upset. I asked her if there was any way she could understand my perspective as a bride that I felt pressured during a special moment and that she wasn't respecting our time or request for an easier photo location and she hinted that maybe we wouldn't be able to work well together.

After explaining to my Fiance at the time how upset I was and how unwilling she was to show understanding and just take photos, I fired her in my wedding gown. We were going to spend a large amount of money for hours of her time, the least she could have done was let us direct where we wanted photos taken. But she wanted to dissuade us by mentioning rock lighting at the last moment. We took tons of photos on our own in the location we chose without her and the rocks were gorgeous from every view. We honestly believe she only wants to take certain photos in certain locations she's comfortable with for her own portfolio.

She is a very self centered vendor. Her soft way of talking doesn't mask her defensive pushy ways. Also she looks nothing like her photos online and came wearing extremely casual clothes. She needs to update her photo, she was unrecognizable. On her way out, I opened the front door and asked her to leave, she walked away from me without a word back into our large rental house. I had no idea where she was going and called out to her, she didn't respond. I found her around the corner gathering her things and didn't know why she just walked away without saying what she was doing. I asked what door is she leaving from and she said with a heavy attitude, "whatever door you want." We're so glad we saved all that money and our photos are gorgeous. I'm so glad we never took her to our special wedding location. I'm sure her bossy nature would have just ruined things even more.

Please avoid this woman at all costs. I would never wish her upon anyone. We were lucky to find witnesses at the last minute, but we made it to our venue on time even though much of our time was taken up by arguing with her in my dress on our special day. She ruined that special time just before the ceremony. I will never forgive her for that. She could have simply said, okay whatever location you like, let's take a photo of you in your dress. I hope that no one who isn't just willing to do what she says ever meets Bon. She is a stain in my memory, but I hope the other great people involved and the beautiful photos we took without her will erase her memory some day.
