We are a Taiwanese dessert truck in Dallas, TX. We serve boba tea (also known as bubble tea) and shaved snow. Depending on the event, we also serve warm dumplings (pork or vegetarian), provided by Monkey King Noodle Co. We have successfully catered small to large festivals, church events, engagement parties and weddings, to name a few.

Our food truck is called Bobaddiction, a combination of the word "boba", a chewy sweet ball made from tapioca starch that is found in flavored teas, and "addiction". Our drinks emphasize the natural and fragrant flavors created from combining fresh teas, fruits and flowers together. Our shaved snow has the consistency between ice cream and a snow cone and is delicately shaven into layers of beautiful snow-like ribbons, covered in fresh fruits and creamy condensed milk. And, of course, we honor the "boba" by using the highest quality boba, cooked to perfection.
