Bethany was wonderful! Her personality is so sweet - and was a delightful presence to have with us as we got ready. She listened to our preferences, and helped me make decisions (I tend to have very few if any strong opinions on hair/makeup, so having her take the lead was exactly what I needed). I gave her loose guidelines, and she went with it! She also kept things natural, and did not push me beyond my comfort level or preferred look. My makeup lasted throughout a very long wedding day - including quite a bit of rain! She also let us use some of her personal items to touch up our nails - an unnecessary and sincerely generous act. We were running a bit behind (which happens) and she did not let the rush change her calm presence, or ours! Bethany also tidied up our room after we headed out to the ceremony - which was an absolute surprise and such a sweet touch to come back to some semblance of organization before we went to the reception.
