The two people who made this wedding come together were Roxane Williams and Karen McGaha. They each helped make our day perfect, and we are so grateful to them.
Karen was our initial contact to book the venue space. She was incredibly responsive and helpful every time we worked with her. She often worked as a liaison for tasks that weren't her job; that was so helpful and kind.
Once the space was contracted, the coordination is handled by another department that specialized in the event itself. Karen facilitated this so we knew who we were working with and what to expect.
During the pandemic, the second department was challenging because there was employee turnover (at times this was frustrating). However, it all turned around when Roxane was brought on. From the moment she started, she was very attentive, responsive, and thoughtful about our event. She put in a lot of time and effort to be sure everything went smoothly and that we were communicated with regularly. She stopped by our rehearsal dinner and the wedding events to oversee. She was truly committed, and it felt like she really cared about our event. Overall, we are so happy we had our wedding here, in such a beautiful space, and especially grateful for Roxane and Karen.

Sheraton Beach wedding
The Sheraton and specifically Roxann absolutely CRUSHED it! We had the most perfect wedding and were beyond happy!! All of our guests have raved about it being the best wedding they have ever been to. HIGHLY recommend!

Our Dream Wedding
The Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf and Spa Resort is one of the best locations we've ever stayed at, which is why we had to choose them for our wedding venue. They were so accommodating, the location is gorgeous, there are so many activities to do on site, and our experience was overall 11/10! Roxann, our venue coordinator, was so sweet and inviting, and she was so easy to work with :) We couldn't have asked for a better location to get married, or a better team to work with as we planned our perfect day. Can't wait to reserve a few nights for our anniversary next year :)

Stunning In Every Way
We had my daughter's wedding ceremony & reception at the Sheraton in PCB and I couldn't be happier! The St. Andrews foyer was the perfect venue for an indoor ceremony with its breathtaking views of the outside. We had a great canvas to work with and made it our own. The reception was equally amazing and our catering manager, Sam Faya, couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our day a special one. We created memories that will be treasured for years to come!

A perfect day
We got married at the Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf & Spa Resort in December 2019. From the start, Karen was so great to work with: professional, organized, and she answered my dozens and dozens of questions throughout the process in a timely fashion. I planned our wedding myself and the Sheraton was accommodating to all of our requests, and we felt like we were in great hands. When our wedding day came around, Karen felt like an old friend and cried when she saw me in my dress (and almost made me cry––I'm tearing up just thinking about it right now). With the help of our day-of wedding coordinator, everything went smoothly and the venue looked beautiful. The service staff was professional and well-mannered (something I didn't even think to consider in the planning process, but definitely stood out to me the day-of) and I'm so glad we chose this venue to host our special day. I still look back at it with very fond memories and I'm so grateful for Karen and the team at the Sheraton for making it happen. You won't regret having your wedding here.

A wonderful place to get married
This was a well hidden slice of heaven for our wedding. The size of the private beach was perfect for our intimate sunset ceremony. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything was in place and our visit enjoyable, to include leaving special treats in our room. Sam was very responsive in her emails, no matter how often I emailed her or how many times I changed the small details. She was patient and held my hand throughout the entire process. She made me feel as if my wedding was the most important event of the weekend, even though there were two other larger weddings. She kept saying no wedding is too small. On the day of my wedding, which was a Sunday evening, Sam sent me her personal cell number in case I had any questions, which I did. And she even came in to personally escort me to the beach area for the ceremony. Talk about personalized service!! That made me feel so good. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and there plenty of amenities to keep busy. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely returning to celebrate many anniversaries and other romantic events.

Sam at Sheraton was such a huge help in our wedding planning process! Not only were the grounds absolutely gorgeous, she was there to help every step of the way! It didn’t matter what time or what day of the week she always answered any of my crazy questions. She truly made our wedding day magical!!!

We were so happy with our wedding at The Sheraton. It exceeded our expectations and came together beautifully and smoothly. Karen and Sam were great to work with and were happy to make our dreams a reality, but also provided valuable insight and advice as well. It was a good value for everything that was included, and was such a beautiful setting for not only the wedding, but for a place for our guests to stay as well.

Perfect Wedding Location, Amazing Staff
I can't express how much I recommend getting married at the Sheraton. Our first contact was with Karen who helped us through the contracting process. She was always available to talk and answered all of our crazy questions. Once we decided on a few things and officially hired them as our vendor, we primarily worked with Sam. Sam guided us through meal selections, reception & ceremony layouts, scheduling the rehearsal, and so much more. She was there for us on the wedding day helping vendors set up etc. My experience with these two women was better than I could've expected.
Besides Karen & Sam, the staff who helped during the rehearsal dinner and during our reception were amazing. Jessica worked our bar and was so sweet along with the countless others who were with us through the entire day. They really made sure that everything went smoothly - and it did.
Besides the awesome staff, the location of the Sheraton couldn't be better. They have multiple locations for ceremonies and receptions based on the size of your wedding and what style of wedding you want.
100000000% recommend and I will forever thank the Sheraton for the wedding of my dreams.
