On our first call, I felt an immediate connection with Virginia and her love for an outdoor and snowy wedding. We hired Virginia’s team and we were off and planning! Virginia was always very responsive, organized, full of advice, and on top of everything! She was always able to recommend the top vendors for every possible thing that came up during our wedding planning. You can tell that she is a favorite by many vendors because they always had the kindest things to say about Virginia. The Bluebird Productions team was amazing at helping me plan a surprise groom’s cake that they pulled off flawlessly! The most important thing that Virginia provided us and our families was reassurance that she had everything handled. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend and would have never been able to do that without Virginia and her team. We can't say enough wonderful things about Virginia and the Bluebird team! From our initial phone call to our wedding day, they were there step by step guiding us to what would be the best day of our lives! They have the wedding planning procedure down to a tee. They could not have been more professional, organized, talented, supportive, and lovely to work with. Although my husband and I live out of state, they were consistently on top of every detail and responsive (in all forms of communication) which provided us with a comfort level that I don't think i could have found anywhere else. Our wedding day was absolutely seamless and the ceremony and reception were truly amazing. My husband and I cannot rave enough about Virginia and everyone at Bluebird Productions! We're an LA-based couple who wanted to get married in Aspen. Virginia came recommended by a friend of a friend, so we called Bluebird and the rest is history. We opted for their full services (they planned our wedding from top to bottom) and it was the first-best-decision we ever made as an engaged couple.
