I can not begin to describe what a gem The Event Center at blue grillhouse in Bethlehem PA was for our Wedding Reception. My husband and I were looking for something classy, simple and stunning...but big enough to fit our large wedding. So many places we went were just not big enough, or just missing that one thing that would have made it feel right. I had no clue what to expect when I gave blue a call, but when we arrived, it was the whole package. Our 230 guests fit comfortably with plenty of room to dance and ate like kings and queens. Every bit of our meal was cooked to perfection and guests were raving (for days...really) about the quality of food as well as the level of service, the phenomenal signature drink options, and how truly beautiful the venue was. The lighting options the venue includes itself created a wonderful ambiance that fit our color options and lit up the whole room as we danced. The whole time, the events staff were incredibly accommodating. Even when our origional coordinator wasn't able to be present for the wedding due to health issues, I never batted an eye because I was confident that the staff were professional and helpful no matter what. The staff were able to pull off every little detail I planned just as I imagined. Allison even went above and beyond to help us fix a huge issue with our hotel and shuttle service less than 5 days before the wedding. She really was a life-saver! They also helped me pull off a surprise, elaborate visit from the Nittany Lion without complaint! If you're looking for something to make your own, and the right people to help you do it, you will not be disappointed if you give blue the chance to be your venue!
