The venue itself it just beautiful but the whole process from booking to wedding was very easy and everyone was accommodating. When we came to decorate before the wedding all the tables were set up exactly were need be with the tablecloths on so all we had to do was put décor out. Highly recommend this place!

I was having trouble finding a venue that looked beautiful and fit my budget! Then I came across this one! All the staff were so nice and also very crafty! I love the rustic and romantic vibes! It has a beautiful gazebo where you can say I do and you definitely should say I do at this wonderful venue!

Brophy Creek is unlike anything in the area, it is breathtaking. Kari is a dream to work with and we could not have had more fun!

The Cottage at Woodland Farm was truly the most perfect place I could have imagined for my wedding day. The setting is absolutely beautiful—it honestly felt like something out of a dream. The staff is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and stress-free, and their communication was always clear, timely, and so helpful. They genuinely cared about me, my day, and every little detail. I felt so supported and taken care of the entire time, which allowed me to relax, be present, and actually enjoy every moment. I had the most incredible day, and it’s 100% because of the amazing team at The Cottage at Woodland Farm. If you’re even considering booking here, do it—you will not regret it! 💛✨

This vendor is great at communication and answered all questions in a very timely fashion. Top notch venue with seriously the best service. The services at Walnut Ridge cannot be matched. The vendor goes above and beyond to help you with your wedding day from start to finish. Working with Walnut Ridge helped make wedding planning so stress-free and seamless when it came to the wedding day. This venue has both indoor and outdoor areas to use along with great getting ready suites, not to forget how gorgeous the whole place is. Cannot express enough how great this venue is and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue in 2024 and beyond!

The new Rapid Creek Cidery is an absolutely beautiful wedding and reception location. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and the outdoor ceremony space overlooking the orchard is perfect. Katie was so flexible with our catering and bar plans and helped us find a perfect fit. We planned to get married in the outdoor space until it was pouring on wedding day. She didn't miss a beat and updated the indoor configuration to include a ceremony area. It was so beautifully done that I didn't even care we weren't outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Maybe the best part of the experience was the food, this is not your father's wedding buffet. If you haven't gone to the Rapid Creek Restaurant yet, you need to try the Pork Shoulder or Thai Pepper Tofu. To top it all off they are a sustainable restaurant/ orchard so you can feel good about the food you're serving guests.

Mary helped me create the wedding of my daughters dreams in her childhood barn. Being the mother of the bride my thoughts were scattered, but Mary helped pull them all together. She had a plan A, B and C, depending on the weather. We had to go with plan C and it was a perfect day!!! Sunday after the wedding I cryed all day, not because I was sad, but because I was so happy with the way everything came together. Looking back I wouldn't change a thing. Both families were completely satified with how the day unfolded. PERFECT MEMORY!!!

Beautiful venue, guest house, and grounds. A breeze to work with!!! With Neil and Deda's help our day was everything we imagined and more. I highly recommend them for your special events! Their Thursday Throwdown events are always a fun way to relax before the weekend as well. We will definitely keep visiting for years to come. Great shuttle option with the Heartland Inn in Coralville as well to keep costs down!

They were very accommodating with everything. They were nice enough to measure doorways when we needed it. The price was perfect! They were amazing and helped set up chairs and helped with the rehearsal. I would highly recommend them if your in the area!

We had the most amazing experience at Myers Wedding Barn! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—both indoors and out—offering the perfect rustic chic atmosphere we wanted for our big day. The country setting by the pond created a beautiful backdrop, and the barn had such a warm and inviting charm. As a bride, I especially loved the bridal suite and groom’s loft, which gave us both a comfortable and stylish place to get ready and spend time with our wedding party. The caterer’s kitchen was also a huge plus, making everything run smoothly for our reception. The team at Myers Wedding Barn was incredible to work with—professional, attentive, and always great at communication. They truly catered to our needs and wants, ensuring our day was exactly how we envisioned it. It’s clear that this venue is family-owned and family-friendly, which made it even more special and easy to support. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, well-run venue that makes your wedding day stress-free and unforgettable, I can’t recommend Myers Wedding Barn enough!
