Tailwind Acres is located in rural Cresco, Iowa. Nestled on 27 acres, the grounds feature well cared for farm outbuildings and a mid-20th-century dairy barn that has been renovated into a show-stopping setting for your big day. Owners, Adam and Flannery, have transformed Tailwind Acres in a flower farm, rural retreat and event venue. Before and after the celebration relax and take in the peaceful country surroundings.

On your special day, exchange vows on a lush expansive lawn with prairie and beautiful flowers as your backdrop. Afterward, celebrate in the renovated barn. This features historical arched windows, glossy hardwood floors, and exposed redwood wooden beams. The barn is two stories, with ~2,000 square feet of room available for each floor. It is equipped with lighting and power outlets, so wedding entertainment can simply plug in and play. Or set up a tent and dance under the stars!

Use the cozy and eclectic Tailwind Cottage for a wedding prep area and/or a quaint farm stay (included in package). Select from a curated beer and wine menu served at a quaint outdoor bar. During the late summer and early fall book Tailwind Acres for your wedding florals using blooms from their flower fields. There are countless backdrops for photos including flower fields, a treehouse, and Binzebo. The whole package will be truly unforgettable!
