Nathan was absolutely amazing! For my October wedding in Boston he did my hair, as well as four other very important women. He was easy to communicate with throughout the process, did a great job on my trial, and made some tweaks that made it even more beautiful for my actual wedding day! In addition to loving the end result, his energy throughout the morning while we were getting ready was infectious and had us all laughing. Thank you, Nathan!

Nathan was fantastic! He arrived early and was thoroughly prepared, which put him ahead of schedule. He was fantastic with our whole wedding party, and I loved how he brought out the simple yet romantic look I imagined (long simple waves that hold and chunky detailed braid). Nathan was extremely flexible with folks who had a really specific look in mind, and he worked until he they were totally in love with the look. He was even amazing with my nieces, who were only 3 and 5 years old! I would absolutely recommend Nathan for any event where you want to feel your best!

This past Saturday was my wedding day, we spent our morning with Nathan and his beautification team! Myself, mother, step mother, maid of honor, and a few bridesmaids! We arrived with naked faces and our hair with 1 day old blowouts -as advised for our curls and updos to last longer- which truley helped because dispite the rain and wind all of our hair styles stayed in tact for the entire wedding!!! My makeup and hair was straight out of a fairytail! My makeup felt shimmery and perfect but very natural and my hair was pulled half back with soft loose waves! It was even better then what I had imagined! The rest of the wedding party felt the same! Each maid had her own style and you couldn't truly see all of their personality shining theough! Especially my mother who was a little nervous going into the makeup appointment (having never had her makeup professionally done before) but I'm convinced it might become a regular thing now!!!! We all had such a great experience with them I 100% recommend Nathan to any future brides or any other reason you have to get beautified!

Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my wedding looks were exactly as I desired. I am extremely particular, and his skills exceeded my expectations. I had 2 elaborate old Hollywood themed hair styles that he executed perfectly with professional attention and playful flair. Nathan set a positive tone with me and my bridesmaids and made us all feel like movie stars. He made sure my hair stayed fresh throughout the reception with periodic touch ups so I stayed as fresh as I did during the first look. If you want to feel and look you best on your most special day, Nathan is the one to call!

Nathan and Sparkle were two of the most integral people in making my wedding day so spectacular! Leading up to the wedding, I made the regrettable mistake of booking with another hair/makeup artist local to my venue (we had a destination wedding). After multiple trials, she couldn't deliver the sexy glam look I wanted. Only 6 weeks out from the wedding, I put an emergency call into Blo whose team had done my Boston bridal shower a few weeks earlier. To my surprise, Nathan (the salon owner extraordinaire) called me back immediately, calmed me down, and even rearranged his own schedule so that the could personally do my hair himself because he wanted to ensure my wedding look was perfection! From that first call, Nathan went above and beyond to work on my full beauty vision, the care of my hair & extensions, and gave recommendations on how to best integrate the hair/makeup with my dress and jewelry. For my makeup, I begged for Sparkle who had delivered my stunning bridal shower look. Sparkle is hands down the best makeup artist I have ever worked with (I used to work in fashion with many New York MUA artists)! The day of the wedding, Nathan and Sparkle were my personal glam squad. They were consummate professionals, my trusted advisors, and my constant supporters. During my most intimate wedding moments, they were devoted to ensuring I looked and felt my best - they executed perfectly! I am a Nathan/Sparkle devotee for life!!

Nathan is a freaking rock star and so is the BloDry team! For my trial, he drove out of his way to accomodate our schedule because we live out of town. And on the big day, Nathan was super efficient, stuck exactly to his timeline, had great beautify-ing tunes, and--most importantly--a fabulous attitude (which helped set the perfect tone and atmosphere for getting ready with my bridesmaids!!). Also, he's a curl wizard. No joke, he works magic: I have the finest, straightest hair and I've never seen it hold a curl for more than a few hours in my entire life (and I've had it professionally done a few times to-date). He is literally the only human I have yet to encounter who can make my hair keep its style ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT long. I can't thank him enough for making me feel so fantastic and confident about my wedding day look. xoxox!

I hired Blo on the Go from the South End to provide hair and make-up services for my wedding party. From the trial to the day of Nathan, Shimmy, and their free lancer, Stephanie from Blo On the Go were incredible! They were on-time, prompt, and professional. More importantly they provided our bridal suite with entertainment and the type of energy we needed to get the day rolling! We received so many compliments on our hair and makeup and the pictures are proof that the makeup and hair lasted well beyond the 12 hours that we needed it to! I won't be going to anyone else and I won't recommend anyone else for future events! I'm hooked!

Nathan and his whole team were amazing. I first learned about them when my sister-in-law used them for her wedding the year before mine. For her wedding we all arrived to their South End salon with champagne and snacks and the stylists set it up beautifully for us. It was such a relaxing way to start her big day. For my wedding, I chose to have Nathan and the other stylists come to the suite in our hotel to help us get ready. They arrived promptly and began right away. I felt totally comfortable in their hands. Not only were each of the stylists incredibly talented, they were all very friendly and personable. I was thrilled with the way my hair and makeup came out, as well as for each of my bridesmaids. My hair and makeup held in place long into the night. My big day would not have been the same without them!

I would highly recommend Nathan and his team at Blo Southend. My wedding party and I were so impressed with how fun and relaxing the morning of the wedding was. Everyone looked incredible! We had a large wedding party and everyone was able to have hair and make up done in a timely fashion. The most important part though.... our hair and make up still looked great well into a night of dancing. There was no lashes falling off or curls losing their bounce. I would chose them for my wedding (and any other event where I need hair and make up done) over and over and over again.

I knew I was in good hands after my trial run with Nathan a few months out from the big day. He is extremely talented (I have quite the mane, and it takes someone who really knows what he’s doing to make it to work and stay), full of energy, really went above and beyond to help me dial in my look (even when I changed it the morning of, he brought out some serious magic and gave me perfect diva hair), and was such a blast to work with and super accommodating (I worked with him again for a blow out for my shower, and he set up a special appointment for me).

PLUS he helped me work out “in-bar bridal hair service” for me and my 8 bridesmaids, so that we could all be done in 2 hours – the party beats, good vibes, and bubbles are free flowing. Who doesn’t want to have an in-bar blow out party with their closest friends on their wedding day? Awesome. And so incredibly affordable. BEST logistic and financial decision ever.
