We weren't sure we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding until we talked to Blake, he explained the process so well and made the booking process so easy for us. We could not have been more happy with our decision! 11/10!

They went above and beyond on our wedding day from waking up early to catch the view of the mountains to the smallest details of the ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for a better turnaround time-wise!

We absolutely loved the video from Blake, despite the wait time. We had a few hick ups with communication after the event but Blake was responsive when he found out and helped make it right.

As another mentioned, he was great until he received payment. I have tried for 3 years to get clips of special moments that were promised to us (first dance, speeches, parent dances) and that we paid for. He provided a 5 minute highlight video and nothing else.

He refuses to acknowledge or respond to anything, which really sucks for my family. I care less about the money and want the memories that were promised to us. It really sucks putting your trust into someone to properly capture a special day, only to have them go radio silent and not ever respond to anything. I cannot in good conscience recommend ever reaching out.

In the beginning, Blake was quick to respond to my videography inquiry. I even expressed my concern about scams and he eased my mind in that moment…until my payment was secured. From that moment forward, it took multiple attempts to contact him regarding my wedding details. A pre-scheduled email was sent to me at the 30 day marker from event event, so I followed the instructions of answering a questionnaire and setting up a phone call meeting. The time of the meeting came and went. I texted, called, and messaged, with no response. I became growingly concerned and expressed that in my messages to him. Less than 2 weeks before my wedding he FINALLY called and acted as if nothing was wrong. He wasn’t even going to acknowledge that my multiple levels of contact had not been replied to. After expressing that I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward, due to the unprofessionalism and poor standard of service displayed, his response was that my wedding had “fallen through the cracks”. When I told him I wanted information on how to cancel his service, he was apologetic and claimed he would send me a cancellation contract within the day. 15 DAYS LATER, I have yet to receive any other correspondence from him or his “company”. After messaging him on all platforms to make cancellation official, with no response, it was no surprise that he didn’t show up on the day of the event either. Thankfully, I had found another amazing videographer, but the point is that a service had been paid for. After taking a closer look at other reviews, I don’t seem to be the only one that has had an issue. I just hope to warn other brides because this stress simply is not worth it when trying to plan a wedding or special event!
