Tessa and Nguyen were great to work with. Tessa met with us for the initial meeting so we could get to know her and she could get our vibe. She was great throughout planning the key songs and even editing some of them to be the perfect moment when needed. They will work off of your genre of music and put together a great playlist to keep everyone dancing. I still listen to our cocktail reception playlist a year later! I would use them for any event!

My now husband knew he wanted on thing for our wedding: a DJ that could spin vinyl and didn't play your typical macarena music. With this goal, he started his intensive research and finally found the amazing Tessa and Nguyen of Blackbook Social Club! Tessa and Nguyen were a dream to work with! They are both so nice, friendly, and responsive. Most importantly, though, their work is amazing. I still have guests telling me how amazing the music at my wedding was and how much they loved our DJ's. Their prices are also reasonable enough, considering you get two DJ's!! I only wish that I had another reason to book them again. They made our wedding a true event to remember.

It was so easy and wonderful working with Blackbook Social Club for my wedding last month. Nguyen and Tessa both made my husband and I wedding the best night we could have ever asked for. We were able to meet with them a couple of times before our wedding and then via email with any changes we had. They were on time and very professional. All of our guests were dancing the whole night and didn't want to leave when the night was over. I would definitely suggest them for other brides to use for their bug day.

I can't say enough about how fabulous Blackbook Social Club was at our wedding this last August in downtown LA. The DJ's (Nguyen & Tessa) were AMAZING. They kept our wedding on schedule and most importantly kept the dance floor packed all night.
