Bistro 45 was a perfect place to have our rehearsal dinner. They were very attentive to our needs and their food was delicious! We were able to have our meal set away from the rest of the dining room, and the owner came in and made sure everything was perfect! I can't say enough good things about them!

1. Had a disaster experience with Bistro 45's management so we turned out switching to Summit House.

2. Bistro 45's GM Tim Nyuyen took our deposit and signed our contract. Called us again couple months later for more *cash* deposit.

3. We contacted Bistro 45's owner Robert Simon some time later and realized the GM stole their money!!! The owner was not aware of the cash deposit increase request and our contract detail!!!

4. The owner originally wanted to take care of us; but his unwillingness to make up the negative things his manager had caused so far makes us unhappy!

5. Their food is good though.
