The Odyssey Restaurant is a venue located in Granada Hills, California. Couples will enjoy this restaurant’s stunning indoor and outdoor settings that overlook the San Fernando Valley. Delicious meals will supplement an exciting time in the city where both couples and guests can let loose and enjoy a wonderful occasion in one or more of the Odyssey Restaurant’s many event spaces.

Facilities and Capacity
No matter if your wedding celebration will be small and intimate or large and grand, the Odyssey Restaurant is prepared to help you. Couples may entertain up to 2,300 guests at this spacious restaurant for their ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and elopements. You may choose from four large banquet rooms for your receptions and from an indoor or outdoor ceremony site. The indoor settings of this restaurant is tastefully decorated and luxurious, which couples may enhance with their decorations to personalize the space. The outdoor settings are just as pristine and also offer couples stunning views. Couples will appreciate each area’s open space that allows for room to move and privacy.

Services Offered
Staff at the Odyssey Restaurant want to make sure your wedding events go as smoothly as possible. These professionals are determined to help you with anything you might need. Thet offer all inclusive packages and an event planner to help coordinate your special day. They also have a liquor license and offer in-house bar services, which comes with a cash, open, or limited bar, a champagne toast, house beer, liquor, and wine, premium liquor, specialty beer and wine, and a signature drink. Couples may also bring in outside vendors.

Cuisine
The Odyssey Restaurant will provide couples and guest with delicious meals. The talented executive chef offers many tasty dishes, including boneless short ribs, mushroom ravioli, grilled salmon, herb roasted potatoes, shrimp scampi, and more. They offer a variety of serving styles, including buffet, plated, stations, and hor d’oeuvres and also offer cocktail reception and desser services. Couples may come in for tastings to try out dishes to put on their menu. The Odyssey Restaurant would be happy to create a cake for you, or you may bring in your own outside cake.

Tour at the Odyssey Resturant

Ms. Melissa showed us all the different rooms available at the Odyssey and I really love the top to bottom glass windows which shows the valley and gives the room an open atmosphere. She is an awesome and sweet lady to work with.

It was an amazing experience! Our waitress was a woman named Megan, and she was excellent! She was consistently responsive and always checked up on us. She was also very nice and friendly towards us, and noticed if we needed a refill on our drinks. Thanks to the kindness and warm-hearted environment of this lovely restaurant and it’s enployees, we had an amazing time!

My wife and I got married in October 2017 and had our wedding at the Odyssey! Everything about the night turned out wonderful! We booked the gazebo area for our ceremony and the Apollo room for our reception. The gazebo area looked beautiful and had great lighting during the event, and we even got to use chiavari chairs for free for the ceremony because they were left over from a previous event. The Apollo room was also the perfect size for our wedding (160ish people) and the view from the windows of the valley at night was incredible (one guest even said it felt like he was floating in space). The dance floor was perfectly sized, and the tables were laid out perfectly. The restaurant also has free parking, which was a HUGE selling point for us. Having our reception and ceremony at the same place also made things transition perfectly. And then there was the food! We actually chose this place because we ate here before and it was great, and on the day of it did not disappoint. We chose to do a buffet with several options, and people were going back for seconds and thirds. Even the appetizers were great and laid out in a beautiful way. The staff was also extremely supportive throughout the process, and were more than willing to adjust things in the weeks leading up. The waiters and serving staff were professional and attentive, even bringing my wife and I food right to our table from the buffet! The package we got also included one hour of open bar, a ceremony coordinator and a wedding cake. Compared to other places, the fact that parking was free and all of that was included made it a great deal. The Odyssey is a beautiful place for a wedding, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had our wedding last August . It was a small and intimate wedding with 30 guests. We had the ceremony and the reception outdoor in their skyline patio. Our guests enjoyed the beautiful sunset during the ceremony and the spectacular view of the valley at night during the reception. Melissa Saldivar is our event coordinator and she was very helpful. Prompt in answering our emails and questions. We had the sit down dinner and everybody enjoyed the food and the drinks. Our servers were very attentive. Thank you Odyssey.

I have been dining at the odyssey for many years. I am so thankful this is where I chose to have my wedding. The ladies in the catering office answer every question promptly. At the reception we had our own team leader, Eduardo, who made sure that not only my husband and I were taken care of, but also our wedding party. We booked the garden area and garden room. It was the best night of our lives.

The Odyssey turned out to be the perfect setting for both our ceremony and the reception for our wedding. Margot and Megan were our helpful contacts for The Odyssey. They were responsive and refreshingly straightforward about any questions or concerns we had along the way. There was a deposit required when we signed the agreement, but the amount was not burdensome. And it allowed us time to determine the actual number of guests so that the final cost was fair. The bride was treated like a queen and picked up by a Limo service as part of the package. The wedding cake was included as well. And every server was friendly and attentive. We were thrilled with The Odyssey and so were all of our guests.

The Odyssey was just incredible for our wedding reception. The customer service was phenomenal! Every question I had prior to our wedding day they answered promptly. All the details I had envisioned was set in our banquet room. Pricing was very reasonable. I can't wait to go back for their Sunday brunch! Thanks again, Odyssey and team!!

We had the Athena Rooms for our recent mid day wedding. The view is beautiful to begin with and with the perfect weather it was even more spectacular. Everything from the set up, the food the attentive staff made our day truly enjoyable. Many of of guests had not had the experience to enjoy this place before, and were so satisfied with everything. Meredith, our contact made everything so easy to plan. Can't wait to use them again!
