Rachel was amazing to work with. She knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand. We hired her as our day of coordinator and she worked her butt off to make sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. Prior to the wedding day, she contacted all of my vendors and made sure all they showed up on time and directed them on where to set up. Rachel prepared everything you could think of, from the wedding timeline, seating chart, and items to get/not forget, emergency necessities! She was there every step of the way while constantly checking in on me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. She made sure everything was set up perfectly like we discussed and never let me lift a finger. Her work ethic is incredible and was truly the driving force to making sure everything was going according to plan resulting in such a smooth and successful day. I never worried or was concerned about a single thing because Rachel took care of everything! Because of her coordination, I was super relaxed and had a blast that day!
